Dakota laid her head on my shoulder as I looked up at the hospital ceiling, they made her stay overnight since her ribs were pretty fucked up and she wouldn't stop crying about the pain
My mind replayed seeing Dakota on the floor blood dripping down her mouth while kaleb stood above her my body tensed causing Dakota to wake up
"You str8?"She asked me
I nodded "Yeah go back to sleep"
"Your not okay bro what's wrong"She said
"Dakota go to sleep"
"Im hungry tho"She said
"You always hungry I don't know how the hell you so small"Mom said coming into the room
Dakota chuckled "Mane leave my stick body alone"
I laughed and got out the bed making sure to not hurt her
"Imma go see if you can eat now"
She nodded and I left out the room walking over to Dakotas nurse
"She bout to starve so is y'all gon let her eat or nah ?"I said
The nurse chuckled "Yes she can eat"
"Ight thank you"
She nodded and I went back into the room
"Soooo who's going to get her food," I said
Mom smacked her teeth "Ill get it since you so damn lazy"
I laughed as she grabbed her purse off the table
"Please don't kill each other," She said looking at us both
Me and Dakota looked at each other "we can't promise you that"we said at the same time
She gave us a stern look and left

"Where is J'von?"She asked sitting up
"He went to get some clothes and dad needed to handle some business," I said
She sighed
I lifted her chin "Ayy don't stress it he will be fine"
"I know I'm just scared one day somebody gon call us an- nvm"
I kissed her forehead and sat in the chair beside her about to fall asleep,when another nurse came in
I almost choked cause it wasn't any regular nurse this lady looked young and fine asl
"Got damn"I said a little to loud
"You mad pretty"Dakota said

She chuckled "Thank you so much, I'm gonna take your blood pressure and then your gonna take some medicine for any pain"
Dakota nodded
I looked the lady up and down licking my lips, damn I'm for sure getting her number

"Wassup bitchesssss"Jakovas loud ass said coming in the room

I laughed

Jakova stopped fooling around and looked directly at Dakota

Jakova grabbed his key and rushed out the door

"Let him go he not gon do nothing with out us" J'von said walking over to Dakota
I smiled thinking about how much torture we was finna put that nigga in
"Yall stay her wit her Imma check on jakova"
They all nodded and I went outside seeing jakova sitting on the bench bouncing his legs fast
"Ayy you good?"
"Whats the plan"He said bluntly
I sighed "I don't know dad went to the trap so on guessing he gon tell he when he get back"
Jakova got up and punched the brick wall and sat down like nothing happened
"On everything I love we finna make this nigga life a living hell and fucking kill him"Jakova said
