*DRUG USE WARNING*
"Please, get me out of here."
That was all Taehyung needed to hear before he quickly grabbed Jungkook's wrist, leading him away from the crowd and to his motorcycle.
Taehyung handed his helmet to Jungkook, watching as the boy clicked the buckle together and tightened it.
The biker got on first, scooting forward to leave room for Jungkook.
He clumsily climbed onto the seat, sitting behind Taehyung with his front pressed up against his back.
"Wrap your arms around me, unless you want to fly off." Taehyung said, starting it up and revving the engine.
Jungkook blushed, hesitantly sliding his arms around Taehyung's torso and holding on tight, screeching when they took off down the street.
Jungkook did not like this one bit. He felt as though they would tip over any second, especially since he had no control over the motorcycle.
Taehyung took him to the diner, which was pretty vacant except for a few random people.
Jungkook's arms tightened around Taehyung as they picked up speed, clinging to him for dear life.
"I can't breathe, bunny." Taehyung muttered.
"Oh! Sorry..." Jungkook replied sheepishly, loosening his grip.
They soon arrived at Kim's Diner, Jungkook shakily getting off the bike. His legs were wobbly, Taehyung just laughing at how he seemed to act as though he just learned how to walk again.
He took the helmet off of Jungkook's head, setting it on the handle of his motorcycle and then leading Jungkook inside the diner.
"Hey there Jungkook, and... Taehyung? What are you guys doing here?" Seokjin asked curiously.
"Just needed to get away." Taehyung replied with a smile.
They sat down at a table, Seokjin walking over. "This is an odd sight, seeing a surfer and a biker hanging out together." He said, setting menus down in front of them.
"There's a first for everything." Taehyung said, causing Seokjin to chuckle. "Also, could you get us a towel for Jungkook?" He asked.
"Oh of course, I'll be right back with that." Seokjin said, turning on his heel and walking away.
"How'd you know my name?" The surfer asked quietly.
"They announced you as a finalist, remember?" He asked with a light smile.
"O-Oh, right." He mumbled, blushing a bit as he stared at the floor.
Taehyung observed him for a moment, sighing.
"Are you okay? You wiped out pretty bad there." He asked.
"I'm fine... just embarrassed and disappointed in myself." Jungkook said.
"Hey, don't feel like that. At least you had the balls to actually surf that wave, not even Namjoon surfed it. I think that's pretty rad. You should be proud for trying." Taehyung said.
Jungkook looked up at him, smiling shyly. "You think so?" He asked.
"I know so."
About thirty minutes and a basket of fries later, surfers started entering the diner. Taehyung and Jungkook, who was wrapped in a warm towel, watched as the whole surfer group entered, as well as Namjoon. He was smiling and laughing and people were congratulating him.
