"COME BACK HERE YOU BRAT!" I hear him yell behind me as I run through the halls, trying to get away from the man with a hand over his face. He works for the villain group that has had held me captive for the past few years.

I turn a corner, a light coming from a small window at the end of the hallway. Praying it was big enough for me to fit through I continue to sprint towards it. I could hear him gaining of me and when I near the window I don't think twice as I throw a small fire ball at it, breaking the glass enough for me to  dive through it. Looking down I could feel fear fill me as I realize I wasn't close to the first floor.

An ear piercing scream escapes my mouth as I start falling towards the ground. I could see many people looking up at my falling body. I was getting closer to the ground with every passing minute and soon I close my eyes, awaiting the end that I'd rather have than staying with those in the building.

I feel something wrap around me, halting my stop from hitting the ground. I slowly open my eyes to find that a giant hand had wrapped around my, keeping me from falling. I follow the hand up the arm to the face to find a woman with blonde hair standing there with a mask on her face. She then puts me down next to her feet before she starts shrinking.

"Are you okay?" she asks when she gets to her normal height, putting a hand on my shoulder causing me to flinch away from the touch. She takes this time to look me over, her facing paling.

My long black hair was all matted and tangled, my skin pale with bruises all over. I had bandages over my forearms and my white gown all tattered and dirty. My body was physically shaking, even more so when I notice all the eyes on me.

"EVERYONE BACK AWAY! You call 911," she states pointing to a random person and they all back away from us, but I could tell that they were still staring at us.

"Hey, can you tell me your name?" she asks me in a calm voice, her eyes giving me a gentle look.

"K-Kogane Liz," I manage out, my voice hoarse from not speaking much and screaming. She smiles softly as she kneels down so that she wasn't towering over me, making me feel more relaxed.

"Okay Kogane, can you tell me what happened?" she questions causing me to freeze, tears filling my eyes.

"T-the villains, they, they would always be putting needles in my arms and punish me if I didn't listen," I sniffle as the tears ran from my face, my hand pointing to the building that I had just fallen from. At that moment a few police cars and some other heroes show up. I get a little bit closer to the female that saved me as I look around at all the random people, my body shaking even more.

"Hey it's okay, they are good guys here to help you," she whispers to me before motioning over another person and a police officer walks over to us.

"This is Kogane Liz, she's been kidnapped by the villains but I don't know how long. She says that they've been in this building," she explains to him and he nods before motioning for all the other officers and heroes to storm the building. There were some still out here and they were talking through some phones and such to figure out what to do with me.

That's when the heroes and officers come out with only one guy, his eyes locking onto mine as soon as he is brought out of the building. His black eyes staring into my soul causing me to look away.

"How many people were in the group?" the woman behind me asks causing me to think for a bit.

"A-atleast five," I mutter and she nods with a frown, telling this info to another person. I could hear them talking about what they should do with me to keep me safe, especially since I have no home. They learned this from searching me up.

"She could always be a student at U.A, they do live in dorms under high security," another hero says and they all nod before getting a hold of someone else. I glance between the heroes and the officers as tears fill my eyes that I was quick to wipe away.

"Kogane? We figured out what to do with your situation and you'll be staying at U.As dormitories, but that includes going to school there so the principal put you in the 1A," an officer explains to me causing me to nod my head in understanding.
