Alania's P.O.V

"What was that about?" I asked while watching X go back upstaris.

"Alania, he freaking kissed me!" Di said while feeling her lips in disbelief.

I looked over at Ash to see if he knew about this but he seemed just as shooked as Di.

"He didnt," is all he said before jumping up and rushing after Xavier.

I patted the spot on the couch Ash was just sitting at motioning for Di to sit down, and she did.

"I dont understand what's the problem. you like him, right?" I asked her while rubbing my hand on her back.

She looked over at me then back down.

"Of course I like him, it's just I dont like moving fast in a realationship."

Me and Di talked things over and she explained how the kiss happened and what led up to it.

"Well let's forget about boys, who needs them anyways!" I said while smiling.

"Ashton?" She said while raising an eyebrow.

"What about him?"

"He's your freaking boyfriend." I looked down and laughed a little bit.

I hate lying to her but at this point if I tell her our realationshup is fake it gives her more reason to give up on X.

"Again, forget Ash. I dont need him."

She smirked at me which let me know I said the wrong thing.

"So it's more of a want than a need, got it."

In my defense I didn't think she was this skilled with clapbacks.

"Okay, yes I want him so to speak, but not right now. Right now I want to make sure your okay."

She looked at me then smiled a little.

"I'm fine, just was a little surprised I guess. He's the first person I feel like I can be in a honest relationship with and I just wasn't expecting him to feel the same way."

"So you want to date him is what your saying?" If diamond wants to dtae X then our plan is working and me and Ashton can stop dating.

But is that really what I want? I dont actually want to date him but having a fake boyfriend is kind of better then just being friends.

Granted we've only been "dating" for a day, but this day has been the most fun I've had in a while .

"Alania!" Diamond yelled at me which knocked me out of thought.

"Huh what happened?" I asked while scratching my neck from embarrassment.

"I said yes, I want to date him, but I kind of need your help because I'm not really good with realationships like that."

"Dont worry I got you." I said to her while pulling her up from the couch to bring her upstaris.

We walked upstairs and I knocked on Di's door softly but loud enough so Ash could hear me.

"What do you want." He yelled back at my knocked. The way he said it you can tell he was rolling his eyes.

"Its Alania, get out we need the bed."

After a few seconds and a loud sigh, Ash got up and started to unlock the door and opened it slightly just so I could see his body and not the room.

"Why do you need the bed?"

"May I remind you this isn't your room, move." Diamond said from behind me.

"Someone is in a bad mood. Cheer up." He said while smirking a little then opening the door up all the way.

Di walked in and as soon as she sat down on her bed X gave her a hug. Ashton looked back and once he saw that he walked out and close the door.

"You staying over?" I asked while we were on our way to the stair case.

"I'm not sure, let me ask my sister if our parents are tripping again to see if I wanna go home." He said while rolling his eyes.

"Okay ask quick, shoo shoo." He laughed at me pushing my hands out so he could leave then walked over to a corner in the kitchen.

Ashton's P.O.V

I looked back at her shooing me and let out a little chuckle. Hanging out with Lani brings a sudden burst of happiness back into my body I didn't even know I was missing.

I pulled out my phone to call Avery to ask about our parents.

My mom and dad are a pretty good couple, but when they do fight it's always the worse. Recently, they've been fighting a lot more and sometimes the only way to distract myself from the problems at home is by being in other girls home. It works.

I dialed in her number and waited for her to pick up while silently listening to her ringer.

She didn't pick up the first time, so I called her again and she answered this time.

Ash - Hey what's going on right now?

Ave - Nothing really it's kind of silent.

Ash- What are the outburst doing?

We call out parents the outburst because when ever they fight it kind of just comes out of nowhere, un-announced.

Ave- They're actually not doing anything right now, but a glass plate just fell so not for long.

"Austin what's going on!?" I heard my mom yelling at my dad through the phone.

Ash- Their starting up again?

Ave- When are they truly not, but are you coming home?

Ash- I dont want to be home when the outburst are fighting.

Ave - I understand that, but dont take your anger out by sleeping with people or drinking.

Ash - I'm not, I'm with Lani right now.

Ave - Oh so that's back on?

Ash - I don't know yet, were "fake dating" right now.

Ave - Care to explain why?

Ash - Maybe later, bye Ave.

Ave - Bye Ash come home tomorrow though.

Ash - Cant promise.

I hung up with a sigh then put my phone back in my pocket. I walked over to Lani and she looked up at me with her big round brown eyes.

"So....your staying?" She asked with a hopeful look in her eyes.

I sat down beside her and wrapped my arm around her. "Parents are fighting again, so I guess yea." I looked down at her and knew she wanted to ask about it, but choose not to.

She leaned her head on my arm and started to doze off.

I kissed her forehead and layed my head on the back of the couch. "Goodnight Lani."

I started to doze off too but not before hearing Lani say back, "Goodnight Ash."
