It Started With A Dare

"Lani?" I heard while being shaken lightly.

"Does she normally sleep in this late?" At this point the light I could see though my closed eyes started to dim as people started to move in closer.

"Shes always late, for like everything."

"Can y'all shut up I'm sleeping!" I said while opening my eyes and scowling at Ash,Di, and X.

"Oh no go back to sleep you look horrible." Xavier said while backing up.

"Is it Monday already?" I said while rubbing my eyes and sitting up.

Ash laughed at me a little then offered a hand to me to help me up.

"Yeah, sleepy head time for school."

Ugh! I got up from the couch and walked into the bathroom to get ready and brush my teeth. Why did Sunday have to go by so fast.

Yesterday X,Di,Ash, and I just hung out together watching movies most of the time and shopping.

I could get use to hanging out all the time, as friends of course.

"Di can I borrow one of your green shirts and black pants?" I yelled to her through the bathroom door.

While waiting for her answer I dried my face then applied chapstick and lip gloss. The door opened and I saw Ash place my clothes on the counter with his other hand covering his eyes.

I laughed at him then pulled his hand down from his face while smiling.

"Oh, well, um hurry up were leaving in 20 minutes."

"Got you." I said while closing the door and putting my outfit on.

After putting my extra pair of socks on, one by one I started to detangle my hair. After putting my hair into a high puff I did my edges then put my belt on.

After I packed my bag I put on my Jean jacket and hoop earings then ran down the stairs.

"Alright I'm ready, let's go."

X looked up at me then grabbed his phone and got up with the rest of them.

"Who's driving?" He asked while walking outside and swinging his keys on one finger.

He smirked at Di which made her roll her eyes and get in the passenger seat of his car.

"We know you wanna drive so lets go." She said before closing the door and putting her seat belt on.

We all got in and started to head off to school. I put in my headphones and started to play my music while leaning my head on the car door. I stayed like this until we arrived at school and had to do actual work.

Everybody got out the car and once me and Ash got out and saw everybody he wrapped his arm around me tightly.

As soon as that happened the whispers started to get louder and louder and I could feel everybody's eyes on me.

"Maybe that's his new side?"

"Ashton never touched a girl unless hes kissing her."

"I bet shes a homie hopper, but she does look good."

"Who is that, and whoever she is, is extremely lucky."

Hearing everybody talk about me is kind of weird considering I'm very lowkey most of the time. And no one knows me.

Is this really what I have to get use to as being someones fake girlfriend. I just have to remeber, It's all for Di. It's all for Di. It's all for Di.
