"I'm sorry but, do I know you?"

Taehyung was left speechless as he stared at the younger who looked back at him as if he was a total stranger.

"That's not funny Kookie, please tell me you're kidding. This is some sort of some sick prank right?" Taehyung forced himself to say in a playful tone that didn't matched his lips curving into a frown. His grip on Jungkook's hand tightened unknowingly as he waited for the younger to talk and tell him this is all just a huge joke to surprise him.

But instead of hearing what he wanted to hear, Taehyung was left there standing awkwardly as Jungkook pulled his hand away from his clutch. Taehyung noticed the way Jungkook looked at him, his brows furrowing and his eyes widening, almost seeming as if he was frightened of him.

"I-I don't know you." Jungkook says, lips twitching before he looks at Jimin.

"Chim, who is he?"

And that was the last straw for Taehyung. He slowly stepped back and before he could walked away, Jin suddenly caught his arm.

"Taehyung, where are y—"

"I'm heading out." Taehyung says, his tone full of bitterness as he yanks his arm back and stormed out the door.

Everyone inside the room was worried because a moment ago, they were all just laughing and crying tears of joy when Jungkook finally waked up. Now, everything was just confusing. Jungkook remembered all of them so it was almost impossible that he couldn't remember Taehyung.

"Guk, you're joking right? That's Kim Taehyung! Your boyfriend!" Jimin said, raising his voice a little.

Jungkook only furrowed his eyebrows further in response. He have no idea what Jimin was talking about.

"What? Since when did I like boys?" Jungkook asked which made Jimin roll his eyes.

"Oh come on, stop messing around Jungkookie. Taehyung had been waiting patiently for you for almost 4 months and you just threw him off like that?" Jimin couldn't help but feel a little disappointed at the younger. Considering he remembered all of them, it's a total joke that he doesn't have any memory of Taehyung. They've been friends since they were children.

"I don't know what you're talking about.." Jungkook says, frowning.

Before Jimin could yell at him, Yoongi placed a hand on his shoulder, stopping his boyfriend from doing so. "Come on Jiminie, he just woke up from a coma. You need to calm down." Yoongi said which actually worked. Jimin did calm down.

"Do you remember how you got into a coma?" Namjoon asks out of nowhere and Jungkook stared at him.

"A car accident?"

"Where were you about to go that day? Do you remember?"

Jungkook shook his head. Namjoon sighed as he crossed his arms. "You were suppose to pickup Taehyung from the airport that day."

There it was again. That name that made Jungkook felt a little odd. He stared at his hand and remembered the person who held it earlier. Somehow, the guy's name seems familiar to him but he felt as if his brain was messed up, he couldn't remember a thing. He doesn't have a single memory of him. The more he tried to think and recall, the more his head ached.

"I-I don't remember. Sorry Namjoon-hyung." Jungkook said sadly. He just woke up but why did it feel as if he was still asleep? Why was everyone looking so glum around him? Weren't they suppose to be celebrating that he's finally conscious again?

"Hey hey, keep it easy on Jungkook guys, he just woke up. You know what? Let's just celebrate! I brought everyone McDonalds including you Jungkook!" Hoseok chirped, trying to hype up everyone as he raised a bag of McDonalds. Thanks to him, everyone finally remembered what truly matters, what they came here for in the first place. Jungkook's finally awake and that's the important thing they should focus on.
