CYRUS POV

It's the day after Buffy wasn't here. I hoped she would be her today because she's one of my greatest friends now. I got to school early and saw Buffy talking to Andi by her locker.
"Buffy! Your back!" I ran up to her and hugged her.
"Cyrus I was gone for a day." Buffy laughed.
"I know but it was lonely." I whined
"So what happened yesterday?" Asked Andi
"Well I um... remembered we had a test and I had a panic attack and someone picked me up."
"Ooooo. Who?" I teased
"Cyrus stop thinking of guys for one minute." I blushed "We don't have a test for another 3 weeks." Andi crossed her arms.
"Seriously guys it's fine now. The main thing is I'm now with a funny, sweet, artsy guy who understands and likes me."
"Are you talking about me?"

WALKER POV

I walked into school and walked to Buffy's locker to greet her and I saw her talking to two other people. I walked up behind her to surprise her. I heard her saying
"The main thing is I'm now with a funny, sweet, artsy guy who understands and likes me." I took this as my cue
"Are you talking about me?" I put my arms around her waist. She turned around and jumped into my arms.
"Hey Walker." She said softly in my ear.
"Hey Buffy." I said just as softly back. She the turned to her friends.
"Walker, this is Andi and Cyrus. Andi, Cyrus this is Walker." I put my chin on her shoulder. "My boyfriend." Andi and Cyrus squealed.
"Yo Walker." Tj called out behind me. He jogged up to me "Hey man, what's up?" He fist bumped me. I saw out of the corner of my eye Cyrus starting to go pink and smiling. Buffy shot me a disapproving look.
"You know Tj?"
"He's my oldest friend." I defended myself
"Anyway, I gotta go. I need to talk to Tyler about the game tonight." Tj was looking around for Tyler. "See you Walker. Bye Andi, Buffy." Tj then turned to Cyrus. They both got pinker in the cheeks.
"Bye, Cyrus." His voice was soft and calm. Tj then walked off to find Tyler, rubbing the back of his neck, but as he did so he looked over his shoulder at Cyrus but Cyrus didn't see because he was turned to us grinning from ear to ear.
"He so likes you." Buffy squealed
"You think so?" Cyrus' smile widened even further, if that was possible.
"Well I don't think so." Said Andi sharply. Cyrus' smile sunk faster than a rock in water.
"I KNOW so!" Exclaimed Andi. And, as quickly as it left, Cyrus' smile was back.
"What you know so, Andi?" Two brown haired boys came over to us. The one that spoke was cute but the other one was hotter then the surface of the sun.
"And who is this?" The boy asked.
"Walker, this is Marty," she pointed to the cute boy "and this is Jonah." She pointed to the hot boy. "And this is my boyfriend, Walker." You could tell both boys were disappointed as their faces dropped slightly.
"Well Jonah here is my boyfriend." Marty bragged. It was my turn to be disappointed.
"We know! You wouldn't stop going on about how cute he is!" Buffy said annoyed. I could tell she was a bit jealous by her tone. Then I remembered that this is the Marty who broke her heart.
"Any way I better go." Marty checked his watch. "I'm going to the science department."
"Mind if I tag along? I'm going that way too." I asked. I was genuinely going that way but I also wanted to talk to Marty.
"Sure Walker." he replied
"Ok, see you at break Buffy." I hugged her then walked towards Marty.
"Bye Jonah." Marty kissed Jonah's cheek and he and I set off down the hall. Halfway down it I started.
"So Marty I wanted to ask you a question and I want you to answer truthfully but I won't get mad at your answer." I started
"Ok. What is it?" He quizzed
"Do you like Buffy?" I needed to know
"Yeah she's one of my closest friends." I sighed.
"Marty do you love her?" There was silence for a moment
"Well maybe. But if I tell her she's probably going to run off like she did yesterday!" He sadly explained. He hung his head slightly and crossed his arms.
"Well a little birdie told me the reason she ran off was because you and Jonah started dating." I told him. His head lifted a bit.
"But Jonah might be really sad if I break up with him." He hung his head again. I didn't even think before saying,
"I'll take him."
"Dude," Marty stopped "you like my boyfriend?"
"He's cute." I shrugged.
"Fair enough." He chuckled. We went our different ways, me to IT and him to science.

~Sorry this took so long guys. I'm just having a bit of writers block but that will hopefully be gone soon. And I write this in Samsung notes and the word limit is like 30000 and I surpassed that limit so I had to star another note. Xoxo Becky~
