First person(POV)

The street was empty, yet bright. Soft wind caresses my face, tingling with my hair.

A moment I glance at the crystal clear sky, and the next moment my legs were moving at a fast pace through the street! I was being chased by the people of the cruel man in my life... my father.

After moments of hardship, I could finally see light at the end of the tunnel. I reach a sea shore.

It was calm and beautiful... I do nothing but admire the captivating scenery, as foamy waves clash with each other.

For a moment I was taken aback by the beautiful view.

"There she is! Catch her before boss decides to execute us!"

Reality hits me hard, as I turn to a very disgusting sight of weapons armed on men in uniform, coming to capture me.

I sprint out again as I realize myself getting pulled into the depth of destruction. I quickly reach out to the wooden vessel carved professionally as if it was made for an escape. Having no other option, I welcome myself on the boat, and that is how I start my journey... my journey to the eastern seas

A deep pitch black pit... here I live in my world, where the unseen occurs.

Yes I am in my dream... conscious.

I blink my eyes and the room sets blaze around me.

The heat almost dissolving me away and then instantly.... my eyes set on what's beyond the ring of fire. Ten individuals staring at me with piercing eyes.

My eyes lock with one of them as I look around.... a pair of dreamy brown eyes.
10 sec...
20 sec...
30 sec...
There was something very different about his gaze and it screamed one thing..

Get Out

Bang!

I wake up, due to a wave crashing me on the concrete under me.

'Land..?'

I ponder upon as to where I am,when I realize that this is a very unknown... Island?

By observing the position of the sun,I can make out that....

I am in the WEST!?

I guide myself on the island. After hours of wandering, I finally step my foot into a town sort of village.

The sound of children's laughter echo's in the atmosphere with ladies happily chattering around.

'Oh! What a life they live... unlike the one I had.'

I walk around the area, searching for an inn, atleast for tonight.

As I walk down the street, a particular hairpin catches my eyes. I stare at it in awe and don't really mind my surroundings.

"Ahh... Oh my". I collide with a old woman.

"Oh dear, even the adults don't have manners..." She sighed.

"My apology ma'am. As an apology let me help you with your bags." I say embarrassed.

As I pick the luggage up, I see the old lady smile geneuinly.

"Oh maybe some adults aren't that bad either. Child, take me to the coast."

I hesitate a bit.

"Uh... I'm sorry but I'm new here, would you mind leading me? I will stay with you."

The old lady nods and I walk with her to the coast... to the place where land meets water.

Even though she looked wise, the old lady was staring at me with a wide smile and it.... creeped me out!

As we reach the coast, I huff out and the old lady looks at me. "Child, you can keep the bags down."

I look at her in confusion and then look around.

"But, it's practically middle of nowhere ma'am."

The old lady glances at a ship, a ship with a black flag and orange writing on it. I raise my eyebrows as I realize behind the writing is the symbol of pirates.

"Ma'am it's not safe here..."

I pick the bags up and get ready to guide her somewhere else but she grabs my hand and shakes her head in disagreement.

"No this is where we should be."

"We??"

"Ma'am what are you saying?" My heart clenched as I got afraid of her at this point.

"Your life will become chaos from today and the corrupted sea wil be your ally, and no matter what happens, I need you to keep your heart pure.... as it is."

Confused and scared, I stare wide eyed at her.

"Wh-" she cut me off by putting a finger on my lip.

"The time is right child, run!" And the first thing that came to mind was,

'Get Out'

That voice again! And in few seconds... I was already running.

I stopped by the shade of a coconut tree to catch a breath. I gasp hard, as I think about it again.

'Was she speaking the truth..or w-'

"Isn't that her!?"

A voice from afar interrupts my thoughts. I look back to analyse the scenario, and... it's my father's men again!

I rush as fast as I can but I'm not able to as I'm starving for more than a day now and I'm just at the verge of fainting.

BANG!!
.
.
Everything in front of my eyes becomes blurry.
