Day dreams
I wonder if the stars still filled your eyes, like the galleries of Picasso. Your body lay in the clouds of the heavens, happy and treated like royalty. While I lay in bed talking to the moon
hoping the stars will spell something to me. I remember the days we would lay in those sunflower feilds watching the cotton candy colored sky as the the clouds past, those memories are soon to be forgotten. As everything seems to be getting darker and darker, I'm swirling down a hole like water rushing down the drain of a bath tub
Empty and cold.
That's all I am, almost as if you look up empty in a dictionary and my name pops up, not just my first, or my last, but my middle name. I flip the page
