In Love With An Idol Werewolf (Jaebeom x Reader)

🌛Chapter 9🌜

~Y/N's Pov~

We've gotten to know each other and we've even introduced one another to our friends and family and they were very supportive of us being together, even though my family had no idea about the fact that my boyfriend was a Werewolf.

Even though sometimes I wanted to spend more time with him,I knew he had much more important things to do then just be with me.

This is what's happening now too.

It's been a few weeks, since Jaebeom brought me and Ye Sun to the pack house to stay here,while him and his members left to go help another pack with the rogue problem they were having.

In the meantime I'd been getting to know pack life and pack members better and every time they spoke of their Alpha, I could see the pride in their eyes and the stories they told made me miss him more.

I was currently sitting in the window sill, looking out at the moon and thinking about how much I missed him and a tear streaked down my cheek.

Before leaving on this emergency trip, Jaebeom had told me everything about mates.

He explained to me,that even though he hadn't marked me or that we hadn't mated yet, we could still be able to feel each others emotions if they were strong and I'm sure he could feel my emotions and how much I missed him,but why couldn't I feel his.

'Didn't he miss me too?' I thought to myself, as I wiped away another tear.

Sometimes I think this whole thing between us, is moving too fast and I wonder myself if I'm actually ready for it, but whatever the outcome,one thing's for sure,I had fallen irrevocably in love with him and I didn't want to go through another heartbreak.

I was so lost in my own thoughts, that I got startled when the cats came and decided to take a seat on my lap.

I love cats and the fact that Jaebeom had 5 cats and they went so well with each other, considering that he turns practically into a huge dog,still surprises me to this day.

"You guys miss him too,don't you." I said, as I stroked their soft fur and I heard them let out loud purrs of satisfaction.

I decided not to move from the window sill, since I didn't want to move the cats, so that's how I drifted off to sleep.

~Start of the Nightmare~

I was laying in bed at my apartment.

I was home alone and it seemed to be around midnight,but because I wasn't tired, I decided to read something.

I was reading a book about werewolves and the pictures in it felt like they were alive,like they were watching me.

I started to freak out,so I closed the book, placed it inside the drawer of the night stand beside my bed and decided to go to sleep.

Later on I felt cold and woke up to see the doors of the balcony opened.

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, because I remembered having closed them before going to bed,but nevertheless I got up and went to close them.

When I approached them,I saw the shadow of a man standing right outside of my balcony in the dark and as I rushed towards the doors to close them shut,he rushed forward and tried to push them open again.

We struggled for a bit,but in the end he overpowered me and opened them again.

This time he started walking inside of the room and for every step he took forward,I took one back.

This kept going, until I took one last step back and realized I couldn't back up any further, so I turned my head to see what I had backed up too and saw my bed.

The man kept getting closer and closer and when he was right face to face with me,I saw who it was.

My blood ran cold and I froze on the spot.

"I told you,I'd find you again, babygirl. You can never escape from me." He said with a wicked smirk on his face,as he pushed me on the bed and got on top of me.

When he did that I screamed my lungs out and then I felt myself being shaken and I heard somebody calling my name.

~End of the Nightmare~

"Y/N!!Y/N,WAKE UP!!!" Ye Sun kept shouting and shaking me,trying to wake me up.

I opened my eyes and I looked around the room,trying to see and find him hiding somewhere and ready to attack when I was alone again.

"Hey,are you okay?" Asked Ye Sun with worry.

"I-I'm f-fine." I sighed, as I realized that what I saw was just a nightmare.

"Are you sure?" She asked again.

"Yeah,yeah.I'm good.I just had a nightmare." I said, trying to reassure her that I was indeed fine.

"Well by the scream you released and the tears in your eyes, that must've been one hell of a nightmare to scare you and I know for a fact that you're not somebody that gets scared easily."

She said and I just shrugged my shoulders in a dismissive manner.

"I get those types of nightmares sometimes, but what time is it?" I asked trying to change the subject.

"It's 05:30 AM and I can't believe you fell asleep on the window sill." She said, while rubbing her eyes and yawning.

"Yeah,well I didn't wanna move the cats,so I just slept here,but you can go back to sleep,Ye Sun.I'm fine." I told her and she reluctantly left.

As soon as she left,I turned on the lights and checked every corner of the room,closet and bathroom to make sure that nobody was in the room with me.

When I was sure I was the only person in the room,I sat down on the ground by the small space between the wall and the sink in the bathroom and I started crying my eyes out, thinking and wishing that he'll never find me.
