chapter 6: Shane, Shane go away, demons are on their way

I stared at Shane before I froze, my hands shaking slightly. I clenched my teeth but smiled.

"That's two friends in one day," I mumbled before rubbing my temples.

"Why hello to you too, nice to see you after what? 3000 years," I rolled my eyes as he walked up to me.

"How have you been since their death," I looked at him when he approached me with the odd question.

"Who's death? There's a lot," I laughed lightly.

"You know Kirito and Akari," he mumbled like it was a sensitive topic.

"Who?" Shane's eyes widened.

"Who have you been with this past years," he said grabbing my shoulders.

"Meliodas," he nodded.

"Take me to him," she nodded but purple flashed across her eyes.

"So whose death again," Shane gave the girl a curious stare.

"Nevermind let's go find your friend," he shook his head and smiled when she grabbed his hand and tugged him along.

Meliodas stared at the boy with fire in his eyes and he stared back with icy rage.

"Meliodas," Shane nodded.

"Shane," Ahmya walked past the tow idiots and inside where Diane was smalle.

"Hey D," Diane smiled and got up walking to the girl.

"You felt it too," she nodded at Diane words before a bang was heard outside.

Diane ran outside while Ahmya grabbed three beers. She could hear the shouts and complaints from outside as she finished the first one. She closed her eyes when she heard a bang while she finished the second one.

Ahmya sighed when she started the third one ignoring Diane's shrieks of shock. She hummed happily pouring two more beers and setting them on her left and right. The seats to her left and right were taken and the two boys happily chugged down their drinks.

"So~," Ahmya started. "How do you two feel?"

"Cold," Meliodas sneezed cutely and Ahmya awwed.

"Sore,"

Shane smiled at her his sour mood disappearing. Ahmya turned to face him and smiled back, oblivious to the rude hand gestures coming from Meliodas to her friend.

"You've been asleep all these years?" Ahmya's brow creased and Shane tapped it causing her to stop.

"All of us are awake, which means the seal has been broken," Shane said sipping his twelve beer as he sat at one of the back tables with Ahmya.

Meliodas sat further back his mind playing back to 3000+ years ago when they would all hang out together. The kin, the commandments and their other friends. A specific memory popped up, this memory was of the attack on the Fairy King's Forest. Ahmya wasn't supposed to be there, but she was against his brother's wishes. His thoughts were cut off by Merlin who sat beside him.

"You're frowning," Meliodas' gaze shifted to the mage.

"We need to find Escanor then she's probably going to go with him to find the kin," Meliodas tried not to sigh but one did escape his lips and Ahmya's attention was on him for a second before she continued her conversation with her comrade.

"Let's not forget she's probably going to go by herself looking for the commandments to see my brother," Merlin normal smug/smirk face faltered for a second.
