Lucy had worst days before during her pregnancy but today was worst. Thankfully she had Natsu and Happy by her side all day so she couldn't be more grateful for them.
Magic was draining her and the couple plus Happy knew. Even her spirits(Excluding Aquarius whos key was broken but even she knew about Lucys condition) knew that they appearing would drain her even if they stay for the tinest bit.
So they come and leave quickly during the time of her pregnancy as not to make things worst.
"Are you okay Luce?" She looked up to see Natsu concerned look. She smiled "Im okay thanks Natsu"
He lean in to kiss her softly. She put her hands into his neck deepening the kiss. To think she was going to raise their child alone, without him she would lost.
"To think" She whispers against his lips"That after tartaros you would have left me for training and I would have to raise this baby alone" She back up a bit to stare at him.
He had a guilty look on his face. "Im so sorry Lucy" He said with a serious look on his face. "I was too focus on grieving on my fathers death to noticed that I was becoming a father" He placed his hand on her growing abdomen.
"Im also sorry about Aquarius. I know how much she meant to you" Lucy felt flushed. Who knew he could be so sincere.
"Its okay" She murmured rubbing her bulging stomach. He bend down to kiss her swollen stomach.
"Never again I will do something stupid like almost leaving you again" He whispers laying down next to her holding her protectively.
"Okay" She murmured feeling warmth coming from his bare chest.
From this point on, everything will be okay.
