⭐️Day 1 with my new playlist! Listening to it 8 times and drinking lots of water! (To prevent headaches!)

⭐️Technically I also listened yesterday, but I switched up the playlist a little! I actually lost 3 pounds overnight last night so.... idk..

⭐️Binged today but I'm trying to stay optimistic that my subs will help me stay this weight- I have a vacay to get ready for!

⭐️I've decided to keep this playlist for all that's left of December and the entire January- see what happens!

⭐️While I listen,  I liked to pin pics to my (healthy) body goals board and update this page! Reading other stories like this I also find relaxing.

⭐️Anyhoo, there's not much I can say today! See you all soon!
