⭐️Hi there! Listening to my subs rn so thought I'd give you a lil' update.

⭐️Weight didn't go up or down after listening to my subs, waist honestly does look a little bit smaller, so maybe it's actually working.

⭐️Eat whatever you want definitely isn't working- see exhibit A.. gained two pounds from eating a single browning and a slice of spinach lasagna.. imma keep trying!

⭐️Kinda random but I'm going to try to no mirror challenge for 2, maybe 1 days/day. I'm obviously gonna have to look at my face for getting ready and stuff but since my subs are for body transformations, I hope it'll make a difference! It's going to be so hard bc I'm such a narcissist!!

⭐️Just downloaded a vision board app.. going to try and then check back in with you guys! Update: that one was a flop! Trying another!

⭐️This one is much better! I'm not really going to use it much bc all my goals are only body related 😂! Lemme know if you want me to link it!

⭐️Currently on pinterest pinning body goals inspo- I'm going to look like that very soon!
