Jungkook angrily slammed his car door close and stomped his way up his boyfriends front door. He knocked harshly, forgetting he had his own damn key. The same Key Hoseok had given him for their third anniversary a year ago.

After angrily going back to the car to collect his keys, and unlocked the door. "YA! Jung Hoseok!!" A maid came and bowed in front of Jungkook. "Master Hoseok is on the roof."

Jungkook smiled he had always liked this maid, mostly because she didn't try and hit on him or his boyfriend. She was on loyal to her work and had been together with Hoseok for six years already.

"Thanks Jihyo." he said simply before finding his way to the roof top. The roof had always been a place where Hoseok went if he was feeling sad or mad. Jungkook didn't know why he found comfort on the roof. But as long as it made Hoseok feel better, Jungkook didn't care.

Using the little spiral stair case he reached the roof and saw his lover. The roof had been made like a floor, so anything could be but on it. He opened the door and stepped in.

The forecast said it was going to rain today yet Hoseok apparently didn't care about that. Cause he stood right at the edge of his roof, his upper body leaning on the balcany. Jungkook shut the door behind him as he made his was to the couch right behind Hoseok.

"You know it was a day like this, I was put in a tough situation." His voice sounded happy. "Nine years ago on a roof top just like this, I was confessed to by my best friend of three years Kim Taehyung."

Jungkook's eyes widen at the information, but he kept quiet. "I didn't say anything for five minutes straight, I just stared at him eyes probably popping out of it's sockets." He laughed lightly.

"Taehyung was crying by then, and he started blabbing and I was trying to get him to calm down but nothing worked. So- I kissed him. It wasn't a half hearted kiss either. It was a kiss to the fact that my best friend of three years, that I've had a crush on for two and a half years confessed to me." Hoseok sniffled.

"We immediately started dating after that, and dating Taehyung was like, we were meant to be together ya' know." Hoseok held up a small chain that was in his hand.

Jungkook recognized that chain. That's the chain Hoseok wore for 5 days each year.

January 4th

February 18th

July 7th

September 16th

December 30th

"This chain is the chain Taehyung gave me on my birthday the next year." That explains February. "Taehyung confessed to me on January 4th, he was supposed to do it on the first but he got scared." And there goes January.

"A year later on July 7th I had saved up enough money (he borrowed some too) to take Taehyung on a trip to Dubai for the weekend." July went tumbling down.

"That same year on September 16. We made love for the first time. It was the same day Taehyung sold one of his outfits for the first time." September got shot down. Hoseok clutched onto the necklace and held it to his heart.

"On his birthday I bought him the exact same chain. As we lazed around all day." December came crashing down like the twin buildings in the U.S.

"Two years later, I my dream to become an idol, came true. I was so happy, I worked so hard. If Taehyung hadn't released my dance video. I probably wouldn't even be here right now. And I'm extremely thankful to him and his stubborness." Hoseok banged his hand on the railing.

"If I had only read the damn contract."

And Jungkook then understood. He understood that Yoongi wasn't the CEO back then. He didn't know what the contracts had on them back then, but he knew, they weren't allowed to be in relationships. If they did, and didn't tell the company? Well photo-shop was a thing, and blackmail was a terrible thing.

"I wasn't going to break up with Tae, but I signed the contract, and I didn't have the money to back me up. I couldn't leave the damn dorm anyway, there was no way for me to see Taehyung. So I broke up with him through text. After that I just-,I became depressed, I guess."

Hoseok sighed and wiped his tears away. He turned to face Jungkook with a smile. Jungkook didn't like this smile though. This smile didn't reveal his dimple, nor did it reach his eyes. It was a very sad smile. One that did not look good, on Jung Hoseok's beloved face.

"Well, until I met you, that is."
