I did my morning routine to go to school. I walked downstairs and Mom's cooking in the kitchen while Dad's watching TV.
"Mom, I'm leaving now" I exclaimed as I went into the kitchen
"Yah Minie. At least eat some bread first" she said
" I'm on hurry" I said as I peck her cheek. I went to the living room and did the same to my father
" See you tonight " I said
"Oh, be careful" he said and I hummed
Today wasn't the usual. Jaemin's not in front of my house like always which I found it weird. But I thought that probably he's not coming to school today that's why.
I walked alone to school and went straight to my locker. I came just a bit early because I just feel like it.
Just as I opened my locker, I felt someone's presence and looks like it's Joy
"See? What have done to your parents?" She asked
"How can you made them lost their jobs? What are you? You're a businessman's daughter or something? " I exclaimed
" Oh heck yeah I am" she said and I went silent
" Don't you know? Your parents worked in my father's company" she said
"And do you want to know how? Of course, my father fired them. You should be lucky that he just fired them. At first, he will tell all the companies or any other work places to not accept them but I told him that I pity you so... Yeah" she said and I clenched my knuckles
" So, now I need you to leave him" she said
"And what if I don't want to" I said and she chuckled
" Then I won't hesitate to tell my father to send all of you far away from here" she said and I froze
" Look at you. Being a scaredy cat" she said
" Well what else could you do right? You're just an average girl" she continued and my tears threaten to fall down
