Dragon Ball Super: The Awaking

Destruction Begins, a New Menace Rises!

On a planet millions of light years from earth, a planet lays destroyed, covered in ash. Buildings crumble and fire burns around the entire planet with no souls alive, except for one lone survivor, a single gunman for the army of this planet. "Radio Transmission, location planet 58, universe 7, calling out to anyone who gets this, something has awoken him, his power surpassed everyone by far and decimated all of us. We, we gave it all we had, but nothing made him flinch, not even a flinch. I couldn't stop him, but this is a warning to everywhere in the cosmos, he is coming and he is only getting started." 

 He dropped the radio, pressing broadcast on the side. He lied down, gazing at the ash covered sky, buried in rubble. He struggled and pushed the rubble off of him. Crawling out from the fallen building he saw him, standing atop another pile of rubble, a fallen soldier gripped by the shirt in his hand. He tossed the body to the side and with a deep, grim voice he spoke, "Your planet was quite the appetizer for my quest, but it was something I should've left my troops to, just a waste of time for me." The gunman rose to his feet, arms limp like noodles, blood running down his face with his clothes torn. "You will not continue on," he exclaimed, "You will meet your end right here, to my hand, because I as a soldier of planet Zomad cannot let you destroy anything else." 

 The monster that has been awoken grinned and laughed at the gunman's remarks. The final soldier yelled to the top of his lungs, crouched down slightly, and flew at the evil that destroyed his planet. He yelled while flying through the air and drew his fist back to unleash all of the strength he had left. The dust and ash around him flew everywhere as his fist flew at a tremendous speed at the face of the beast. His fist collided and a tremendous shock wave erupted. Dust flew in the air and clouded the area. As the dust cleared the soldier sees what his punch really did to the threat. "Ah!" He gasped strongly. The soldier was looking dead into the eyes of the beast. It stood perfectly still while smiling manically at the soldier without moving a single inch from the punch. 

"H-How, how are you still standing!" The beast grab the soldiers arm and clenched tight, causing him to scream in pain. He slowly lowered the gunman's arm and darkly spoke, "Insect." He formed a ball of energy that glowed a shade of red in his hand and blasted him to dust. He turned away and rose into the upper atmosphere. Another being flew up beside him, "What's to come next sire?" The minion asked. The beast turned, "We set course for a challenge " The monster formed the same energy ball on his finger, this time glowing a darker shade of red with blackness inside. " Yes sire" The servant spoke. He flicked the energy down to the planet at a high speed and teleported away. As the energy hit the planet, the planet started to explode from within until it blew up like a star.

Meanwhile, light years away on earth, life was going on as normal with the threat of the anonymous beings quickly approaching. The threats were not known, but were surely coming. Goku and Vegeta, training with Broly on his planet, had a fight coming, and he is going to be earth shattering.

"AHHHHH," Goku powers up to super saiyan, "alright Broly, hit me with it." Broly breaths in and concentrates his attack. "Here it comes Kakarot," he yells out, "GAA!" He releases a powerful, small blast that flies at Goku. Goku closes his eyes and waits for the blast to reach only a few inches from him. In a split second he powers down, opens his eyes, and with only a centimeter from his face left he hits the blast away. "Haha, good work Broly, that one was really strong and very controlled," he enthusiastically said.

"Oh please Kakarot, that attack wasn't even enough to make trunks flinch," said Vegeta.

"Why don't you give it a try Vegeta," Broly said while turning towards Vegeta.

"Ha, bring it." Broly smoothly creates the same energy blast, but smaller and hurls it at Vegeta. Vegeta goes to block it, but when he tries to catch it with one hand, the power drives him back at highspeeds. "GaaaAAAA," He yells as he flies back, powering up into super saiyan, then super saiyan two, then super saiyan God. Vegeta comes to a halt and struggles to contain his ground. "That's it, Galick Gun!" He pushes the blast back. "Ha, your nothing to me Broly!" Broly struggles slightly and yells as he pushes the blast straight back into Vegeta. The blast connects and sends him flying. 

 "AGGgghhh!" Vegeta flies back in pain, crashing to the ground. Broly breathes to calm himself and control his ki. Vegeta stands up and powers up to super saiyan god super saiyan, or super saiyan blue, he yells out while the ground shatters around him, "AHHH why you little shit! I'm going to bury you in this earth!" "Well Broly, looks like you get to spar," Goku said,"remember your training, and control your ki." Vegeta charges Broly, Broly closes his eyes and concentrates. 

 The speed of Vegeta increases as he yells and charges at Broly, the ground splitting beneath him. He throws his fist at Broly. The ground collapses beneath them, dust flies up and the shockwave blows it away. The two hover above the air, Broly's fist catching Vegeta's, his eyes still closed. Broly opens his eyes to see the furious Vegeta staring at him. "Now for the real fun to began," Broly said with a smile.

The earth shakes as the two collide, their battle only just beginning. With the threat approaching quickly, will Broly be able to control his ki in time for the battle yet to come, or will he go out of control and pose a bigger threat to Vegeta, the battle starts next time.
