Gladion X Moon

Sleepover part 2

Gladion's POV:

"All right, we're here. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to my room" and before I left, Moon stopped me "Aw come on! Just one thing? I haven't been back in a while..." Tch. Really pulling that card on me? Whatever, might as well. "Ughh, fine."
"YAY! Alright then what should we play then?"
"Twister?" Lana asked.
"Nah"
"Video games?"Kiawe  says.
"I don't feel like it..."
"Ooh, truth or dare!" Mallow exclaims.
"N O"
"I know! A movie!" Hau exclaims
"Sure!"
"Why not?"
"Yes!"
"Alright! And I got the perfect movie..."
Hau rummages through his bag and finally finds it. "Here! It's about A pikachu trying to find his trainer and also solving cases!" Sounds childish but he seems like he doesn't care. He puts the disc in and it starts showing the previews "I'll go make the popcorn!" And as he shuts the door he comes right back in "Uh, where's the popcorn again? And also the kitchen?" Lillie gives him a pouty look. "I'll show you where, Hau." She practically drags him there and I see him have his usual goofy smirk... wait is that blush on his cheeks? I swear to Arceus is he tries any funny with her I'll fucking-
"Don't worry, he won't try anything with Lillie, otherwise he would've tried a long time ago."
Moon really calmed me down and helped me deal with it. I told her thanks and before she sat down, I saw Ash walking up to her and ask the worst question possible. "Hey Moon, who's Sun?" Moon started to shake. "I-I don't wanna talk about it right now..."  Ash, being oblivious as he is, ignores her refusal and keeps poking
"Moon, I want to know, no ones telling me and you're the only one who knows about him!" I see her start falling apart and breathing heavily. "Please, stop!" Now everyone has eyes on them. "I-I need to go" And dashes out of the room, bumping Hau and Lillie on the way out. I felt absolutely furious. Why did Ash ignore her damn refusals? Without thinking, I grab Ash's shirt collar. "DAMMIT ASH, LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE. I SHOULD KILL YOU RIGHT HERE AND NOW." Lillie and Hau pulls me apart from Ash. "Gladion, stop! What happened while me and Hau went to make popcorn?"
"This idiot asked her about Sun and ignored her warnings!"
Wait what I am doing here? I got more important things to do. I dash out of the door and open my poke ball.
"Gladion wait-"
"Sivally, help me find Moon!" He nods and sniffs out her scent. We start to head where Moon went; Outside.
Moon's POV;

Tears are rolling down my cheeks after everything that happened, I just need to go to the place. Our place. I take a sharp turn, and check on the big tree. It's still there, even after I left, so does that mean...? I raced past it to meet it; a beautiful green clearing, full of flowers. The place where you could see the most beautiful sunrise and the clearest moonlight. And at the end, a small cliff that meets the sea.  I sit on edge as I gaze out into the endless world. This was where I first met Gladion. I think it was when we were both 9, (flashback)
I found him standing on the edge, sitting with this weird Pokémon. I heard him mumble to the strange Pokémon. "It feels like you're the only one that can understand me sometimes."I gathered all my courage to see what's going on. "H-Hello?" He whipped back, almost scared. Then the big Pokémon started growling at me. I didn't know why, but I wasn't scared. I reached out my hand to the creature. It looked scared of me at first then slowly sniffed it. As soon as it was done I patted it's head. "Who are you?" I saw the boy again, holding a stick. "I'm Moon! I saw you come in the forest and wondered what you were doing." He slowly put the stick down. "Don't tell anyone about this place, this is my favorite place." He crosses his arms at me. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone! This can be our place now! Do you wanna be friends?" He looks at me with excited eyes but then goes back to his "tough" self "I guess..." I give him a huge hug. "YAY! We'll have so much fun here! What's your guys' name?"
"Gladion, and this is my Pokémon, type; Null."
"Wow, what weird names!"
"H-Hey!"
(End of it wowowoow I'm so lay)
Those times were amazing, when he was happy, when I didn't have to move away, when Sun wasn't sick...
I started crying again, more loudly this time, it's not like no one can hear me anyways...

"... Moon?"
Gladion's POV
I find Moon, crying loudly, near the edge of the cliff, "...Moon?" She turns, with her hair all messed up, red eyes, stuffy nose, and tears streaming down her cheeks. A girl like her doesn't deserve to cry. "G-Gladion? D-don't look at me right now, I l-look ho-horrible... I don't w-want an-anyone to s-see me like this..." Sivally runs to her and starts to snuggle her. He tries to lick the tears off her face. It makes her chuckle. "T-thanks, Sivally..." I dash over to Moon. Without even thinking I pull her close in a hug. "Shh, It's alright, I got you. But I'm beating the shit outta Ash afterwards." She giggles softly. "No, it's alright, I just... overreacted. But... thanks. Thanks for everything." She grasps my hand as we hug, making me blush slightly."It's nothing, do you want to talk about it or...?"
"Sure, but... can we stay like this a little bit longer? Please?"
"...Of course."
Then we heard a squeal from a bush. I shot a look at the bush. "What was that?" Moon mumbled. Not wanting the hug to end, I (for once) reassure her."Nothing. Probably just a Rattata."
"Hm, okay."
LILLIE's POV:
Oh shoot they heard me squealing. I didn't mean to but they were just so adorable! They finished hugging (sadly) and went to go sit by the cliff. I should probably go back, so I sneakily walk away. The others are probably done with scolding Ash and everything. Besides Hau wants everyone to meet his cousin from somewhere called the Galar region.
Gladion's POV
"So what's it's about?" I ask her.
"Well... it's about Sun, you know the day I left? His sickness was usually bad that time of the year but something really bad happened while I was gone and passed out. We had to go to Kalos immediately. I really wanted to say goodbye, I really did but... we had to go. He was getting worse by the second, and when we got there,They told us it would take a miracle for him to survive. So we stayed there for about 3 years until Mom and I went back to Aloha so I could start my journey here instead of in Kalos. My father stayed with Sun. And then when I finally came back to they said you ran away... I tried looking all over for you and I haven't seen you since. We're you avoiding me while I was starting my journey? I thought you hated me..." She starts to sniffle again.
"No, of course not! Every time I saw you I tried to talk to you but something always went wrong, or you never heard me. I'm sorry, I never hated you okay?" Moon gives me a tight smile. "That's a relief. I'm Glad you're also okay with your mom now... OH NO I FORGOT ABOUT THE SLEEPOVER! Is everyone all good? We need to get back... but my legs are all sore from running... and I'm so tired..." Hmm, she does look exhausted, I guess there's no other choice then...
"Hop on."
"Wait, what?"
"Hop on."
"Why?"
"You said you were tired. Come on I'm not waiting forever."
"What about Sivally?"
"You'll cut yourself on him because of the trees."
"A-Are you sure?"
"Yes, now get on."
"Sorry if I'm heavy..."
She reluctantly hops onto my back, and she's surprisingly light. I feel her warm breath on my neck as I stand up, making me shudder a bit. I start walking with Sivally following me behind (to make sure I don't drop her) and we start making our way back. Moon tried to make small talk with me but was gradually falling asleep. And before she finally fell asleep she tiredly says "I like the smell of your jacket, it's so soft and nice... like lavender..." It caught me off guard and made me blush. "S-Shut up, dummy." But she didn't hear me, as I heard her quiet snores. When we get to the mansion, I didn't want her near the others in case they wake her up so I take her into my room. She was still asleep so I tucked her in. She curled up in a ball a smiled. "She's cute... for an idiot." I blurt out. What did I just say? She's only my friend... My eyes start drooping before I can think about it any further. I make temporary bed out of sheets and fall asleep. Ugh. I'm so tired, guess I'll beat up Ash tomorrow...
