Chapter One

Ruki's P.O.V *ten years old*

"Kai. Wake up." I heard fathers voice but continued playing with my broken plane. "Ruki, what happened?" Father demanded. "He broke my plane." I said. Father shook Kai and called for my mother. As she entered the room I ran to her, crying. "Mommy in sorry." I cried but she pushed me away and ran to Kai's side.
"You little monster! You killed your brother!" Mother yelled at me. I felt my tears falling. "Mommy..." I bit my lip and went upstairs. My older brother stood there staring at me. He hugged me, sliding a hand down my back and to my bum. "It's okay Ruki. We don't need them." He said. He led me to his room, forcing me to do those dirty things once mother and father left, taking Kai to a hospital.

"Ruki. Why did you shove airplane parts down your brother's throat?" The tall man asked and sat infront of me. "He broke my plane." I said and the man sighed. "Well your not supposed to shove the parts down his throat."
"Mother and father don't love me." I said and the man looked at me, confused. "What do you mean, Ruki?" He asked and I stared at him. "They hear my cries every night. They don't come to save me. But the one time Kai gets hurt I'm suddenly the bastard child." I said and grabbed the little carton of juice.
"What would the save you from?" He asked and I drank some of the juice. "My older brother, Kenji, he forces me to do dirty things with him." I said and the cop began writing this on a piece of paper. "How old is he? What kinds of dirty things?" He asked and I drank more juice.
"He is eighteen. He says I'm a big boy so I can do adult things with him. He forces things into my bum and it hurts." I said and the cop stood. I followed him out of the room. I sat by his office and listened to what he said.
"The way he reacted to Kai's death is very unusual. He seems sadistic. He doesn't have the ability grieve. But I believe I know what's caused this." My parents stayed quiet. "How many times have you heard him cry at night?"
"Every night for the past year. But he always stops about ten minutes later. He just has nightmares and cries himself to sleep. How could that lead to him becoming this way?" My mother said and the cop sighed. "Those weren't nightmares. He claims that Kenji, the older brother, forced him into sexual intercourse. Now I would like to take him to the hospital to see if he is telling the truth." The cop said I looked in to see my mothers face. She seemed more upset than before. She nodded and the cop stood. He came to the door and grabbed my hand. "Let's go little buddy." He said and lead me to a door.
*~Hospital*
The doctors forced me to take off my clothes and gave me a gown. The doctors did many things to me. All of them hurt. After awhile I was able to put my clothes back on. The cop and I sat in a room, waiting on the doctor. Finally the door opened. "Well?" The cop said as he stood.
"He wasn't lying. This boy has been forced into sexual intercourse more than once. It happened within the past few days too. There was a semen sample found inside him." The doctor said and they both looked at me.
"We need his brothers DNA to tell if it really was the brother who raped him." The doctor said and the cop nodded.
