Mike was fast asleep when his phone started to ring. This was the first time in a long time that he had slept without nightmares. But because of his phone everything was ruined. He cursed at it and picked it up.

"Mike, where are you?" It was Solvion on the other side. His voice sounded panicked and worried. Solvion was the headquarters director, and he shouldn't even be calling Mike today.

"At home. Why?" He replied slightly annoyed.

"Look, I know today I gave you all children a break from headquarters, but...I need your assistance in something. Something that might catch your attention" He said carefully.

"Can't you just tell me over the phone what this something is?" Mike asked hopingly.

"Sorry, but I can't. It is not something I can tell you but it's something I need to show you" Solvion said and Mike sighed. "Fine give me one hour" he said as he got out of bed and cut the phone call while pushing his blond hair out of his eyes. He quickly got dressed and put on his red jacket. He got his car keys and slowly and swiftly opened his bedroom door, headed down the stairway, got his car keys and went outside through the front door. He didn't want to wake up his foster parents because he knew they would scream at him and ask him questions he didn't want to answer. Not right now.

"The first thing he noticed was that there was a car parked in the garage of the house opposite to his. The last person that owned that house was...no, he refused to believe that they had come back. He still remembered when that family left San Cloven right after Brian..." Mike finally convinced himself not to think about it and focus on the task ahead.

He got into the car and started the engine, reversed it carefully and started driving towards headquarters. He started thinking about the nightmares he had had and that terrified him. He was the strongest amongst the Acrementals that existed. The beings with power. And what terrified him should terrify his entire race. But he knew it was more personal. Dying in the hand of his own element is not something anyone would want to experience. Water. He controlled water. But in this nightmare, he was drowning and unable to breathe and someone was there with him. Someone whose features weren't clear at all. All he could be sure of was that it was a girl. She was holding onto him like she knew he would save her. But he couldn't. He was scared and feeling lost. Feeling helpless.

He pushed all these thoughts away again and focused on the road ahead.

Susan awoke and looked around as to figure out where she was. She had opened her eyes awaiting another scenery to befall upon her. The apartment window showing the wall of the building next to theirs, the honking noise of vehicles and a breath of smoky air. Then she remembered. Yesterday they had moved to this new house. At least her room was much bigger than in the apartment. She looked at her clock that she had brought with her and realized it was 7.45a.m. She was supposed to be at school at 8.30. she quickly brushed her teeth and got dressed. She didn't have the time or energy to pick something nice from the clothes that she had brought so she just went with her guts and went downstairs to the kitchen to find something to eat.

"Her mom was on the phone and looked like she was in a serious discussion. "what do you mean you can't bring the things from the apartment today. I have arranged everything last week with your boss and...I don't care if you didn't think the van would overheat and get stuck on top of a hill. I specifically told you" Susan lost interest and headed towards the kitchen to get something to eat. Lisa was already in the kitchen eating a bowl of salad standing because there were no chairs around. She sat down on the floor after grabbing a cereal box, a milk container and a bowl. She quickly ate without looking at her sister and when she finally finished kept everything on the counter and tried to escape without getting noticed but it was too late.
