"I know you aren't" I hear matt say. "Just leave. Go with Jack and Gabbi" I say not looking at him still. "So it's because of that now isn't it?" He asks kind of rudely. "You know I thought you'd want to spend a night like this with me, your girlfriend, but I don't think that's what you want so just go." I say leaning back. "Bab-" he starts. "No matthew." I say. He gets up sitting next to me on the wall. "Baby girl I'm sorry" he tries to grab my hand but I pull away. "Matt we haven't been together all day, I just thought you'd want to spend this with me. I know you spend a lot of time with me and I love every second of it. It's just tonight, under the fireworks, would be a perfect place to cuddle up with you. That's all. Matt, that's all." I say bringing my knees to my chest. "Baby it's not over yet. Come on. It's okay. I'm sorry." He gets down wrapping his arms around my waist sliding me off the wall. "Come on princess" I take his hand as he leads me to the blanket next to Gilinsky. He sits down and pulls me down with him. I sit and he pulls me into his lap, placing his head on my shoulder. "I'm sorry babe. I love you a lot" I say quietly.
