Daniel is such a baby.

We were just doing Ouija board in the forest, and he freaked out and ran home yelling something about going to for this.

Figures he would be the one to freak out. He was a bit shorter than me with bright red ginger hair. And it wasn't dyed. He just looks like a guy who would get freaked out easily.

Well anyway, now we have to cut our session short just to go see if he's alright.

Stupid ginger.

I stood up and glanced around the picnic table. Lauren was staring fixatedly at the board, her brown hair with blond streaks hanging flatly down her back. I think she's kind of freaked out.

Grace was staring down the path Daniel had just run down. Her bangs had fallen in her face, and I wondered how she could see through them.

Priya was trying to get grace's attention. Unsuccessfully I might add. She was tapping grace on the shoulder, but Grace was to wrapped up in the possibilities of where Daniel could have gone.

Lesley was hiding her face in her jacket, trying to warm up I presume. Her face was darkened and almost unrecognizable as the shadows of her hood played against her face. The only part of her you could actually see was her long, straight, dark brown pony tail jutting out from her hood.

Mekayla was playing with a ball of snow and her blond hair had snow at the bottom of it. I'm guessing she bent over a bit too much to reach the snow, and ended up having snowy hair instead.

I glanced at my blond, twin brother bailey who was giving me an angry look. Probably thinking something along the lines of "stupid ginger! We could still be ouija-ing if didn't take a spaz!"

Brianna was running her hand through her wild brown curls mumbling something long the lines of "I knew we shouldn't have invited Daniel. But no, Katie ALWAYS has to get her way." I quickly looked down at the board, pretending I hadn't heard that. I mean, who would want to hear someone else diss them. It doesn't matter though, as Brianna is one of my good friends, and I doubt she would mean that.

I sighed as I stood up from the table. One by one, the other members of the group followed. We walked back down the pathway. Time to find a ginger.

"I think we should probably go to his house first." Lesley said quietly, walking a bit faster.

All of us nodded in agreement.

We walked down the familiar side walk to Daniels house, passing our school along the way.

As we approached his house, our minds filled with hope that Daniel was there. If he isn't, who knows where that goddamn psycho ginger went.

I felt a nervous sting in my stomach as bailey stepped up on the porch and rung the doorbell.

Daniels father answered, opening the door and looking at us expectantly.

"Well, uhhmm, is-" grace was cut off.
