a group of five members. 

you barely knew anyone in this class except doyoung. you both actually planned to stick with the previous group members for the module but they decided to bail on the both of you. knowing that the lecturer will ask for the confirmation of team members by tomorrow, you decided to ask doyoung, in case he decided to bail on you last minute too. 

"oh! we will be working with the boys here! you don't mind right jaehyun?" doyoung answered your question while patting on jaehyun's back rather aggressively. you awkwardly smile, waiting for jaehyun's answer.

he hummed out a small mhmm, but doyoung decided to tease him and told him to say it louder for you to hear. you wanted to smack doyoung super bad because he loves to make fun of you with jaehyun. just yesterday when jaehyun came over to your table to talk to doyoung, doyoung decided to come out with a stupid idea of "oh jaehyun, y/n said hi".

you were sure you were totally over jaehyun. its been one whole semester and you will start it fresh this new semester but not falling at first sight anymore. 

but guess what?

sometimes whatever you plan just don't turn out the way you want it to.
