Now! Onto the easy-peasy, Berry-Amazing Smoothie!
The prep time for this is a minute, and there is no exact blend time! Just blend to your liking! Same goes for the ingredients!
Ingredients
Depending on how berry-ish you like your smoothies, add 1 cup of whatever berry/fruit you want!
- 1 cup of milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or any other liquid! Momma Pengu does not recommend water!
- Add at least 1 cup of plain or Greek yogurt.
*Momma Pengu's Hot Tip*
If you are like me and like your smoothies a bit thicker, add more yogurt and less milk! If you like smoothies thinner, add less yogurt and more liquid!
- 1 cup sugar. You can always add more if needed!
Preparation
Unlike my Greenie-Genie smoothie, you don't need to blend things first then add, but you should add the liquid base first, then the frozen, and finally, the sugar or any other kind of sweetener!
Blend until smooth! Serve and enjoy!
