Welcome back, my little Penguins! I'm so glad you came to the next class!
Today, we will learn how to make my berry-good syrup to match last week's easy and fluffy pancakes! Now, onto the time frames!
The preparation is a minute and cooking time is around 12-15minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, any kind you like! Or even a mix of different berries will work!)
- 1 tsbp (tablespoon) water, but keep another tsbp on hand
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
Preparation
Put the frozen berries into a medium saucepan over medium/low heat and add the 1tsbp of water and cover.
When the berries begin to steam and thaw, add in the sugar and mix thoroughly
Cover the berries back up and let everything thicken for roughly 15 minutes
Remove from heat and pour over pancakes!
And you're done!
I hope you enjoyed today's class!
Leave comments on what other recipes you want to learn!
I'll see my little Penguins next week when we make my berry-amazing smoothie and my greenie-genie smoothie!
How was the last recipe? Did you change anything? Let Momma Pengu know~! I'd love to hear from my Little Penguin!
