Chapter 8A bond of brothers

Just like the first time I arrived in the other world I was engulfed in darkness as I traveled back to my world. This time however when I woke up it wasn't in the middle of the desert. I woke up at the same river that I was sulking over when I found the ring. But that wasn't the strangest part. It was at the same time, the same place and the same barking dog that I heard as I was swallowed by darkness. It was as time stopped in this world. Not only that when I tried to talk to my spirit Mitsuki. She actually answered me. I mean it is like one second I didn't have magic at all, and now I have. Not only that but I also remember meeting Zach, Tanya, Mike, Mrs. Pearson, Miho, Takeshi, and even my mom. And yet the time line felt unchanged here. I asked Mitsuki if she knew what was happening, but she told me that she also didn't understand what happened. Then I heard a voice from behind calling my name. When I looked back it was my brother shinji.

Shinji: "Brother I am really sorry I really didn't know the truth. Mother just told me that you were adopted after you ran out of school."

Sora: "No I am sorry for not realizing it."

Shinji: "So what will you just leave. You know mom and dad are looking for you everywhere."

Sora: "No. I will come back."

Shinji: "Really. Then why did you ran."

Sora: "I think that I just wanted some alone time to figure things out."

Shinji: "I am really glad that you will come back."

Sora: "Yes I will."

As we headed back home Shinji called mom and dad and told them that he found me and that we are coming home. As we walked I asked Shinji if he wants to see something amazing.

Sora: "Hey Shinji do you want to see something amazing."

Shinji: "Yes, what is it?"

I then released energy in my fists and said to him: "I can use magic now."

Shinji: "Wow. But how? Mom said you might never be able to use magic."

Sora: "I can't say."

Shinji: "Come on you tell me everything."

Sora: "Okay I will tell you. But you better keep it a secret from everyone at school. I want to amaze them."

Shinji: "Even from Minami."

Sora: "Especially from Minami."

Shinji: "So how can you use magic now."

Sora: "I will tell you when all four of us are back in home."

When we reached our house door steps my adopted mother came running from the door and hugged me in and out and then she said (while crying): "Do not ever do that again young man. We were so worried about you."

Daisuke(out of breath): "Here you are I run the whole neighbor and the school's and I couldn't find you. Where were you?"

Sora: "I am sorry. But could we get inside now I have something very important to tell you."

Sachi: "Ok honey. Dinner is ready we could eat it and then talk about anything you want."

Sora: "OK."

After we ate dinner I told my family the truth about what happened starting with how I am actually from another world, my meeting with Zach, Tanya, and Mike, and how they are now living in Lust Buckers. The sword tournament and how I almost died when then I was able to activate my magic abilities. My occurred encounter with Miho. Who then I realized was my adopted sister. My mom, dad, the empire, and the revolutionary army, and my spirit Mitsuki. When I finished talking the first one to talk was my brother.
