Colby and I were watching this horror movie for around an hour now. I was terrified but Colby seemed to enjoy all of the screaming and monsters chasing people. Anyways, the scene was really chill and I finally relaxed but then...guess what...there was a jump scare and literally jumped.
"Wooow you alright haha?"- Colby asked and caught me. I was in his hands now almost on him.
"Can I just stay like that until the end"- I said covering my face with the blanket.
"Of course you can, sweetheart...you are such a baby! These are not real...both of us know that"- he said but didn't let me go.
"Why they have to make them so scary?!"- i said throwing my hands in the air. He caught my hand and put them down holding them in his.
"Because...my darling...it is called rating...and they have to earn money"- he said sleepily.
"Somebody wants to sleep, huh?"- i said and turned to him. He was with his eyes closed but when I turned to him he immediately opened them up.
"What?"- he said acting like he hasn't did anything.
"Nothing, Colbs, you just need to rest"- I said and stood up carefully.
"Grab that blanket from the couch."- he said and pointed at it. I went there and grabbed it. After I went back to him he was already laying on the sofa.
"What am I supposed to do with it?"- I asked.
"Don't act stupid, darling! Come on, I know you are getting cold really easily, so I'm not letting you stay cold all night!"- he said and opened his arms.
"Like...on...on you?"- I asked nervously.
"Just come..."- he grabbed my hand and dragged me causing me to fall on him. I blushed softly. He took the blanket with his long hands and covered me.
The movie was still going on, by the way. The girl screamed because the monster caught her and I got scared and pissed off at the same time.
"You know what..."- I said and turned off the tv.
"You are a freaking savage"- he giggled while playing with my hair.
"What? Why you think so..."- I laughed.
"Because even tho you are scared you always find a way to stop it..."- he said.
Well I can turn off a tv and stop a paranormal attack but you know what I can't stop? I can't stop Caleb... because he is the monster in my horror movie.
There was a silence for a couple of seconds but then he spoke out again.
"I'm sorry to bring you back to that but..."- he stopped because he felt bad. I know he was about to ask me.
"Go on, Colb"- I said.
"Are these from your boyfriend..."- he said and drew circles on my right hand.
"He is not my boyfriend anymore..."
"You broke up with him?"- Colby asked excitedly.
"No..."
"Oh..."
"What I mean is that he was a good person but then he suddenly changed and became aggressive and all of that..."- I said.
"You know people don't change...they just hide their true selves and then when you least expect...BOOM... a demon"- he said and threw his hands in the air.
I laughed a little bit but the stopped because the situation wasn't funny.
"I-I can't..."- he spoke out of nowhere.
"What?"
" I can't leave you right now... I'm gonna get in a fight if I have to..."
"Colby..."
"What..."
"I don't want to get you in trouble..."
"You are not!"
"I am and I'm seeing the results! You want to fight?! No! You are staying here where you are safe and mind your own business..."
"But I'm minding my own business! I'm sticking up for my love ones and nobody can touch them!"- he said.
"You are staying here until we decide what we are going to do! I don't care if you like it or not"- he said. I smiled because that's what I've been dreaming about all my life.
Am I a bae person for involving Colby in that? Probably...
