part 25: heartbreak

jay: you have a boyfriend?

hannah: yes...

jay: why didnt you tell me hannah? i wouldnt have kissed you!

hannah: because...

jay: because what?

hannah: because I like you

jay: but what about your boyfriend?

hannah: im gonna end it

jay: no hannah... listen to me...

hannah: whatever you say wont change my mind jay. Im ending it with him. I should have done it months ago anyway!

jay: oh Hannah... how long have you been together?

hannah: 1 1/2 years..

jay: no... hannah, you cant end it. please it will crush him. after nearly 2 years... thats a long time... how would you tell him?

hannah: id just say i've moved on... its the truth! i like someone else now!

jay: dont bring me into this!

hannah: why are you so upset about this? surely its good we can be together?

jay: listen... I was with a girl for about 2 years once, I honestly thought she was the one... I know we were only young but she was amazing, supportive... Then one day she knocked on my door and told me it was over. she'd met someone else in the 2 weeks we had been apart whilst I was auditioning to get where I am today... It was terrible. I have never been so upset in my life.

hannah: oh Jay, i'm sorry...

jay: so what im trying to say is, tell him gently. try not to break his heart...

hannah: ok...

Jay POV: I had never told anyone that before. I know that I will never get fully over it... She played such a huge role in my life... And then vanished from it.

*next day*

siva: annie

annie: yes seev' *walks over*

siva: do you want to go for a drink?

annie: yeh sure

siva: im coming! wait arent you gonna get ready?

annie: nope, some gourgeous irish man told me that I dont need to wear make up to look beautiful!

siva: oh did he? well that was very true! he must be a very intelligent person!

annie: he is! come on! lets go!

megan: bye guys!

megan POV: tom and caitie have gone bowling, seev and annie gone for a coffee, hannah's gone somewhere, nath' and jay went to the studio to write songs for the new album and Joe has gone to see her family... so its only Max and I here now...

Max: Megan, im gonna pop down the studio...

megan: oh ok

megan POV: make that just me here...

Max: do you want to come along?

megan: oh wow... yes! That would be amazing!

Max: come on then!

megan POV: I guess the house is gonna be empty!
