The First Act

"True Love is Like Blood"

"The truth is always not too far from you, in fact, you are looking at it you're not just looking at it properly" I heard a lady's voice

"Remember your task" and another voice, it was a man's voice with a commanding tone

"Don't let your eyes deceive you" another man's voice

"Or let your mind lead you astray" a young girl voice

I woke up on the midst of the night startled

'What a weird dream ' I said putting a hand on my head as I hear a soft snore

I looked at my side seeing the woman that I've fallen in love with, she has a soft expression on her face

'Why are those voice familiar?' I ask to no one as I release an audible sigh

I went back to sleep but have a hard time

"I promise Er-chan, I will uncover the truth of your death" I vowed to look at her grave trying to hold my tears back

I felt myself sweating madly

"There will always be someone bigger than you, always remember that my son" it was my mother patting my head and was smiling

Another scene flashed "Where there is light there is always a shadow" my father said

"Always remember that words is one of the strongest weapons one can have but also strong enough to break one" he added as I listened to him carefully

And another scene flashed but this time it was me and Erica training

"Why are you super strong brother?" she said pouting as I chuckled

"It's because I'm working hard and doing my best! Especially now that we're winning the war against the opposing clan" I said grinning

"Why can't I become strong just like you?" She said putting her arms on her chest

I put my hand on her head "You can also become like me...you just have to believe!" I said a bit cheerful as we both chuckled

My eyes twitch as I wake up again but now I saw some light outside

I want to go to the restroom but there was a strong and sylphlike  arm wrapped around my torso

I waited for several minutes until I heard her stir in her sleep I waited for her alluring eyes to open as it did

She saw me looking at her and flashed a huge grin as I smiled

"Good morning, my love," she said cheerfully

"Good morning Es," I said giving her a closed smile

She removed her arms allowing me to sit up as I did I was dragged back by her gracile arms

"Where are you going now, love?" She said with a teasing tone and smirking

"I'm not going anywhere I'm just gonna go to the restroom" I explained

She closed our distance and gave me a butterfly kiss as I chuckled but our little affection was cut short by a knock as Esdeath's face became displeased

"Go on, I'll wait," I said giving her a nod as she obeyed my request

She opens the door with much force "What is it?!" She said with an irritated tone
