Conflicted and Uncertainty

Ashura's POV

Days have passed since our encounter happened what I witness was unforgivable. My best friend that I have trusted dearly killed my teammates and in that day a lot of our members died including Lubbock, Susanoo and worst is that Chelsea is yet to be found.

I don't want to relax but my mind won't function properly if I stress myself out, and ever since that day our base was gloomy.

Me, Leone and Tatsumi decided to find Chelsea's body that what it feels like led us to the capital and I have very bad feeling about it.

We are travelling in the forest and it seems we won't reach there so we decided to take a break. Yeah I know we specialized in night but we didn't came there for a request but for our friend that in need or that's what we thought.

I heard Leone sniffing and looked at her

"We're good I didn't smell any danger beast nearby" she said and I nodded

I looked at Tatsumi "maybe we should get something to eat" he looked at me but his eyes was filled with pain

I sighed deeply

We started the fire and decided that me and Leone will get our food and Tatsumi will stay for a while

We were walking in peace until the lioness destroyed the silence

"There sure is a lot of things happened lately huh" she said while looking at me and I nodded

"We've lost a lot " I said in a low voice

"Their sacrifices won't be in vain" she said while smiling

"Yeah" I said and looked at her while smiling

Silence enveloped us again until we heard a roar

"And it seems our prey is calling us" she said while transforming

We run fast and because I'm a ninja I can jump through the trees which she didn't questioned and she is also fast

Several seconds and we indeed found the source of the roar. We looked at each other nod

She rushed to the danger beast and fought while I jump as high as I can

"Light style:Holy Rays"

Several lights was shot directly to the danger beast and Leone retreated immediately to avoid getting hurt from my attack

We waited for a while and the Danger Beast is back and the damage from my attack was barely visible

"Tsk tsk tsk it seems you've weaken pretty boy" the lioness teased

An irk mark was visible in my face and she laughed

"It's night, and light was never strong during the night" I said while pumping my fist

She continued to laugh

"Will you please focus!" I said

The danger beast didn't wait for her to shut up instead he lunged himself  towards us and we manage to dodge it

Leone managed to hit his head making him dizzy

"Light style:White Drive" I was 10 times faster than before and when I run all that is visible is the light

"Light style: Light of the Divine" I said punching him

We finally killed the danger beast and manage to bring it back

"Yo Tatsumi!" I shouted while showing him our catch

He nodded and we start to cook, since its taking to long I've decided to use fire style which is not the bad idea nor is good
