Heaven
When her heart stopped, she arrived in a room that was all white. Then, as if a door had been opened, Gus appeared. Gus walked towards her, looking as good as he did when she first met him and was wearing a crooked smile.
"Took you long enough, Hazel Grace," he teased.
"Well, cancer doesn't work so fast on all of us," she said smiling bright, closing the gap between them.
They walked into heaven, no limp, no oxygen-tank, no cannula, and no cancer.
