I made my way to the moon pool room with Jeffery and got into the shadow knight. I put the shields up on the Aronax as I left just in case. I headed towards base which was a couple of miles away. I put Jeffery in the compartment in the shadow knight. I put it into stealth mode so they wouldn't see me coming. As I reached base, the rover was there. I kept the shadow knight hidden under some sheets so they wouldn't know I was here "Sorry Jeffery!" I said before putting the sheets up. Wait, why was I apologising to a fish I thought for a moment before heading off. . I crept along the corridor, I heard voices coming from one of the rooms. All I heard was Ant saying random things loudly, I barely could just hear Dad but nothing from Mom. Ant suddenly opened the door. "Thanks Professor!" Mom said as they came out of the room. "No problem" Professor Fiction said as he led them back to the entrance. I quickly followed them to see what they were up to. They loaded something into the rover but I couldn't see it because of Ant. All I could make out was that it was quite big. "Come on, before Fontaine notices" Mom said. I was correct, they are up to something. "Lets go!" Ant said as he rushed to the rover,I needed to back on the Aronax before they get they did I thought. As soon as the rover dived under the waves and Fiction left I sprinted to the Shadow Knight. "Hi Jeffery!"I sat as I pull of the covers. And here I was again talking to a fish I mumble as I get into the Shadow Knight. I put the Knight into stealth mode so I wasn't detected. With the Shadow Knights full propulsion I still wasn't going to make it there before them, even though they were just ahead of me. It wasn't easy to control the Shadow Knight with full propulsion so I was concentrating hard. Ant still hadn't finished it properly as they were some things that needed to be tweaked. I jerked to the side as I lost balance. Warnings came up on screen but I ignored them trying to regain control of the knight. I managed to crash into the rover taking out one of their engines which made them jerk to the side. I regained control of the Knight and looked around for the rover. I found them, the rover wasn't too badly damaged so they should be fine I thought. I made my way to the Aronax as fast I could without losing balance. I climbed on board and put the Shadow Knight onboard using the claw. I turned around about to leave when I heard voices. "But Mom!" Ant whined. "That is going to be a big enough hole in your pocket money!" Mom said sternly as she got out of the rover. "But I don't know how that happened!" Ant said trying to prove himself. Mom just glared at him as she examined the engine. It must of been Ant driving I thought as I try to hide my laughter. "Fontaine!" Ant said as he saw me standing there. He tried to cover something up. "Fontaine could you go and get me my tool box!" Mom said all of a sudden. I had no choice but to go, as I left I heard Ant mumbling something. I go to Mom and Dad's room. I then realise I left Jeffery in the Shadow Knight, I grab the tool box head to the moon pool. "Fontaine have you seen Jeffery?" Ant asks as I enter the room. "No" I reply quickly. "Don't worry Ant, Jeffery will turn up unless somehow he grew legs" Dad joked. I give the tool box to Mom and then head to my room. I don't remember leaving the door open, I was sure I had closed it. I brush that aside and sit on my bed. I accidentally knock over the box which had the pearl and note Finn gave. Another note and a necklace fell out. Happy Birthday Fontaine, Come to the black market tomorrow at 7am, I'll be waiting -the note read. Firstly how did Finn manage to get onboard, I had put the shields up for that exact reason and secondly how did he know it was my birthday? I pick up the necklace which was on the floor. It was beautiful, it was a variety of shades of blue crystals in the shape of a heart and had a crown with small white jewels above it. "Fontaine?" Ant asked over his comm "Yeah?"I ask putting the things inside the box and keeping it aside. "Come to the moon pool room!" He said excitedly. "Ant if this is one of your pranks then..." I begin "It's not!" He said cutting me off. I groan and go to the moon pool room. When I enter it's too quiet, something was up. I step into the room, when Ant jumps out at me. "Surprise!" He screams in my face scaring the life out of me. Ant moves aside revealing a knight? "Happy Birthday!" Mom said The knight looked like a mermaid. "Wow!" I said quietly as I approached it. "There are some glitches because of someone" Mom said glaring at Ant. He laughed nervously trying to avoid her glare. I chuckled. "Thank you!" I say hugging the three of them.
