I rushed into the waiting room where I was instantly greeted with strange looks from people.
Kylie was asleep with her headphones in.
I'm honestly not even surprised.
I swear she is a sloth cuz that girl can sleep anywhere-
And I mean anywhere.
If there was an earth quake, she probably wouldn't be able to hear it.
Regardless, I'm glad she is asleep as that mean she won't chase after me.
I pushed down the door handle and went outside.
It was pouring with rain, motivating more.
While running, I felt the harsh rain drops hitting against my face.
I didn't give a damn.
I had no idea where I was going but I was sure of one thing: I needed to get away from that wretched place.
Managing to tire myself out, I knelt down to try and catch my breathe.
Looking up, I saw a magnolia tree.
Even through the rain, it still looked beautiful with it's pink petals bloomed out.
I threw myself onto the wet soggy grass and broke down.
Sobbed and sobbed and sobbed even more.
The reason for my cries wasn't nor the dentist or how everything in there reminded me of that time-
It's because I'm allowing that pig get to me.
I'm letting him win.
Pathetic.
Why did I have to act like that in front of that hot dentist?
He must think I'm so abnormal, peculiar, odd-
You name it, the lot.
I don't like crying.
It's showing sign of weakness.
Heck, not even my own parents have seen my cry.
...
I hate myself.
All I really want to do now is to disappear and never return.
Leaning back onto the bark, I brought my knees up close to my face and cried even harder.
Austin's pov
Sprinting out from the doorway, I went straight up to our receptionist Sophia, who was typing.
"Hey Sophia, you haven't seen Miss Young have you?" I asked, slightly panicked.
"The brunette woman with long hair? Yeah I saw her, actually everyone did. She ran outside."
"Thanks. I'm gonna go look for her." I replied as I slid behind the desk, grabbing onto my coat that was hanging from the hook.
"What about your patients?"
