Chapter 3: Year 1

He picked up his cloak and shoved it around him and left, scowling as he couldn't take Remus and Lily Evans out of his mind. Bellatrix was cackling with laughter for a reason Severus had no idea of. Lucius' mouth twitched until he spotted Severus.
    "You needn't come as I'm going to win. I can do crucio already, half-blood", Bellatrix boasted. It was true, in the first month of school Bellatrix could do the cruciatus spell. Today was Sunday the nineth of October, more than a week afterwards. Narcissa smiled a half-smile and offered her hand to the stunned Severus. He ignored it and tried to strut down the stairs but failed. Bellatrix howled with laughter and Lucius wrinkled his nose.
      The small group headed out on the fields. It was nearly sunset and Severus was exhausted and wishing that he hadn't come with them. A chuckle submerged from a bush nearby. Severus knew the owner of the laugh straight away, it was James Potter. The leader of the group and the most conceited.
"Greasy hair," James screeched and Severus looked over to see his repared spectacles popping out of the bush along with his messy hair. Narcissa, Lucius and Bellatrix stared, fixed at the scene.
"Come on," Severus urged, his heart was thumping against his chest. He was going to cry and he tried to pull them a long but they wouldn't budge.
"Long nose," Peter Petigrew chimed in, wining. Bellatrix looked at Severus but Lucius and Narcissa were puzzled.
         You could hear Remus' pathetic whispers to try and stop James, Sirius and Peter. It must've failed as one last yell left the bush.
"Must be Severus!" It was Sirius Black pretending to be amazing, as usual. Bellatrix screwed up her eyes and estimated an equation. Lucius was squeezing Narcissa's hand without meaning to.
"Crucio! Take that, git!" Bellatrix blasted the cruciatus spell in every corner of the bush. It hit Peter and Remus but was too fast for James and Sirius who skated out a moment later. Screams and cries of pain echoed around the garden. Bellatrix Black was too hot-headed to see that crucio was a restricted curse but as no one could apparate in the Hogwart's ground she was safe for now.
   "Thanks," Severus breathed still amazed. Bellatrix's eyes danced.
"You shouldn't of done that, Bella!" Narcissa cried but Lucius embraced Bellatrix.
"I couldn't have done better!" Lucius screamed. Bellatrix beamed.
"One day, I shall be the demon of the Magical World and I shall kill mudbloods, muggles and anyone who disagrees with me! The World shall be mine!" Bellatrix exclaimed.
