7|Blind date? Without me knowing?

Sana's P.O.V

   I was just getting home from work when I hear my phone ringing. Who could be calling me at such a late time?

I go to check my phone and see that it's no one other than my close friend Nayeon. I wonder what she could want, we haven't talked in a while.

"Oh my gosh, Hey Nayeon." It's literally been so long that we've talked and I really miss her, she's really gotta come visit soon.

"Sanaaa, How have you been? I've missed you."

"I've missed you too Nabongs, it's your fault, you never seem to have the opportunity to call me."

Well I mean she is one of South Korea's IT girls.

"I know I'm sorry. But Hey, I'm calling you right now aren't I ?"

Yeah, Well I guess she has a point.

"Yeah I guess you're right. Anyways, when are you finally going to come visit me huh? I miss you and we haven't seen each other in a long time." I said while pouting.

"Yeah...about that. I may or may not be in Japan right now. Hehe.."

This girls is in Japan and she didn't tell me. Wow. What a great friend she is.

"What do you mean?! You're in Japan and you didn't tell me?!" I was actually kind of hurt.

"Yeah, but in my defense I literally just  got here last night."

I mean I guess that makes everything a little better. What am I saying? No, it doesn't.

"Well you could've still called me and told me that you were coming so we can plan some stuff." I whined.

"That's exactly why I'm calling you. I'm here in Japan for a while with Jeong and we're planning on going to the club with a couple of our friends that are also in Japan right now."

Hmm, I wonder who else could be going but I'll just have to see. I think I should ask though, you know. For science.

I was about to ask when she suddenly interrupted me.

"Oh yeah, and I forgot to tell you. You can't say no because I set you up on a blind date."

I couldn't believe this girl really.

"Wait what? You set me up on a blind date without me knowing? Last time I checked that's not how 'blind dates' work."

Psh. I thought blind dates were  you not knowing who the person you're meeting is. Not you not even knowing you were going on a blind date.

"Yeah I mean I guess I'll go, but since you made me do this, can you at least tell me who it is?"

She already kept the whole thing a secret. She should at least give me some sort of heads up.

"I can't tell you who it is but I can tell you this. It's worth it."

Ugh gross. I can imagine her winking my way. I was cringing when I suddenly remembered something.

"Wait a minute. Aren't you dating someone?! I don't think you should be saying that type of thing about someone else." I said while smirking.

"Well in this case it is fine because Jeongyeon is right next to me and even she said that it's worth it. It's actually one of her best friends. So haha, take that Sana Minatozaki."

"Well with everything you said, it better be worth it." I just hope it's not some arrogant douche.

"At what time are we going? What should I wear? I don't have nothing to wear." I complained.

This is why I hate going out. I literally have the most trouble getting ready and choosing what to wear.

"We're going at around 9pm. Jeong and I will pick you up. And as for what to wear, just wear something sexy. You're already hot so what you wear shouldn't even be such a challenge."

I mean as long as I don't wear a hoodie and sweats. Although... that does seem way more appealing.

"Yeah well you have till tomorrow to figure it out so don't worry. I got to go. Jeongyeon keeps complaining that she has a stiff neck and wants a massage. We'll pick you up at around 8:45 and your date is meeting us there."

I'm so tired and I really wasn't planning on going out tomorrow, or the next day, or ever really. I guess some fun every once in a while shouldn't hurt me.

"Okay Nabongs, I'll see you tomorrow then. Go attend your lover. Goodnight"

I was about to hang up when I hear her giggling. I don't think they were just going to give each other a massage. Oh god, why did I have to hear that.

I hurriedly set my phone down by the counter and realised that it was literally already 12 am. I'm so tired I don't think I even want to shower and change. I think I'll just lay down but set my alarm a little earlier so I have some time to get ready for work.

I laid down but I couldn't seem to get  my mind off of the blind date. The curiosity of who it could be was killing me. Nayeon said it was one of Jeongyeon's bestest friends so hopefully it would all work out. I guess I'll just have to wait and see tomorrow.

Sorry, I've been so lacky recently but I'll try my best to keep up :) I'm on break so hopefully I can update more. I appreciate y'all and Merry Christmas.
