Chapter thirty-three

Ahya Both were playing with Maahi.
Ahad was playing with her little fingers and toes while Zoya was feeding her.

Zoya fed Maahi her favorite chicken nuggets and got up to wash her hands. As she got up she suddenly stopped and Tears formed in her eyes.

"Baba" Maahi said in her cute little voice. For the first time In so long Ahad had tears in his eyes. He lift her up and hugged her closely to his heart.

"Princess! Say baba again" Ahad requested to his cute little princess. But it looked like now she was in her naughty mood.

She giggled and played with the button on Ahad's shirt.

"Maahi said baba" This time Zoya requested.

Maahi hid her face in Ahad's neck and giggled. Zoya kissed her forehead and Ahad engulfed his family in his tight hold.

"No Mama! Nuggets" Maahi requested as she was sitting in her chair while Zoya was trying to feed her rice.

"Mama will give you but first eat this Maahi" Zoya said to her 1 year old daughter

Ahad came downstairs and as Maahi saw him she started to wail.

"Baba" Maahi said and looked at Ahad. Zoya knew her tantrums and first made sure she ate.

Ahad came and picked her up in his arms.

"Why is mama making my princess cry!" Ahad asked lightly rubbing his stubble on her cheek.

"Ahad there is so much work and your daughter wants to throw tantrums" Zoya said getting up from her seat.

"I'll feed her" Ahad said and Maahi kissed Ahad on his cheek.

"Are the decorations done! Did you check and see if Shoaib's suit is proper now?" Zoya asked Ahad while looking at the list.

"The whole world will go ahead but my wife will still sit worrying for everything" Ahad said pulling Zoya to him.

Tomorrow is Shoaib's Nikkah. Finally after showing him many girls he agreed to marry one.

Nailah(the girl Shoaib will be marrying) is a very sweet girl and also comes from a very respected family.

"You go and take some rest" Ahad said while feeding Maahiya.

"You can eat it nicely from your baba's hand but you have to show tantrums to mama" Zoya said looking at Maahi with a cute pout.

Maahi smiled at her and Zoya kissed her forehead.

Today is the day of the Nikkah! Everyone were busy here and there. Either In getting ready or looking after some work.

"Ahad please go take a shower and I will change Maahi" Zoya said when she came in the room and saw Ahad on his laptop.

"Ahad! Even today you will do office work" Zoya said standing in front of him. But Ahad kept on working.

Zoya got irritated and took away his laptop from him saying "Not today"
