I walked in there to see her sitting in bed reading a book peacefully and she took off her reading glasses and looked up at me with the sides of her mouth starting to crinkle into a smile.
My mom is a very independent woman my dad had left us when I was ten and started a new family in Seattle.
I know pretty crappy huh but it was for the best of us because my mom couldn't stand him.
Now I lived with my mom who is as happy as can be and my little brother Timothy in San Diego.

Basically room was my sanctuary and It was so comfy and cuddly

And taking my shoes off
I didn't even wanna look at my bed yet knowing that it would tempt me to lay on it
Until I turned around rapidly after hearing a person clearing their throat
