1.snow

Cold wind bellowed on the snowy cliff's of Mt . Glenn, most people would have perished at the foot of the mountain due to the large amount of grimm or if they make it then they had to walk along the dangerously unstable cliffs. Made even more dangerous due to the snow and wind, but deep in the snow covered mountain was a red cape flowing in the wind as it's owner limped along the snowy cliff's. A light trail of cri9mson blood was slowly being left behind as Ruby rose slowly walked in the knee high snow. Ruby clutched the wound that bleed the more time it remained unattended to. Ruby's face and body consisted of various bruises and scratches that she had attained during a battle that she barely escaped from.

Ruby walked as her body almost was losing all feeling with each step she took. As she continued the darker her vision became with the steps that seemed to become weaker and weaker till finally she fell over in the snow.

Ruby's pov

As I lay in the snow it is comforting, well as comforting as a piece of ice can get but that's just me. 'Heh' I can't belive I'm actually thinking about how comfortable snow is, out of all the things. I guess that I'm still in denial about this whole scenario, with everything that has happened. Can you blame me... well since I'm bleeding out and most likely not going to make it I might as well explain what happened. It all with the dreams.

Flashback one week Ruby's dream pov

I rolled around my bed trying to get comfortable in the rudimentary bunk bed, over the past few days I've been having trouble to sleep. Due to a reoccurring nightmare that always Wakes me up in a cold sweat no matter what I did the nightmare would just keep coming around and it would be the same dream to. In this dream I'm in a dark place devoid of all light say for two glowing red orbs they burned in the dark emitting a crimson light that only focused on me. At that point I see weird scenes that I know and at the same time don't ?

It is confusing like for example I would be sitting on a throne with a golden staff in the empty throne room with multiple decorations and people. I say people but I had an odd feeling that they were not exactly human? I can't remember what they look like but I do remember them looking like people. I also felt sadness I don't know why but I felt very sad, like the sadness I felt when mom never came home. I wanted to cry so bad but couldn't so I raised my hands up to my face trying to cry but to no avail when I parted my hands from my eyes I saw .... a creature it looked like a bug but bigger maybe 8ft tall. With chitin like armour that was blue it reminded me of those old samurai armour.

It had four arms and had two ice like spikes coming out of his solders. He lay in front of me with multiple wounds on his body leaking green blood onto the floor many of the people surround the body crying and bowing they're heads. I did not focus on them all I could look at was the corpse as tears run down my face. Then one thing came out of my mouth.

Present normal pov

As Ruby lay in the snow letting the darkness consume her she felt somthing. Deep inside her that clawed and kicked at her insides then as if a dam was opened she screamed to the sky as sparks of energy flew from her body releasing a shock wave of magical energy.

Ruby:aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!

HEY GUYS SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG AND SORRY IF THIS CHAPTER DOES NOT MAKE MUCH SENSE IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I WROTE A STORY SO YEAH. I'LL ALSO BE UPDATING A LITTLE BIT MORE FREQUENTLY.
