13. bleeding heart

With momonga sitting at her desk peacefully marking  potential targets and approve building permits for a project that shalltear has been working on a project called liliam. She did not tell her what it was yet, but she has faith that  shalltear will not disappoint her. Momonga wrote her approvals on a operation in mangerie to quiet the white fang and snuff out the country and it's resistance or make them comply with her demands. Hopefully it's the former because she can benefit from having a powerful group such as the white fang on her side but if it does come down to destroying them she won't be hung up about it. As she was about to approve the next repair to the temple, there was a knock from her door  where she replied "come in" then yuri alpha came in with a unconscious yang. She looked up from her paperwork, yuri alpha bowed and set yang on a chair then composed herself before speaking.

Yuri alpha: I am humbly sorry for the wait my mistress but this one was a bit ...troublesome to get here so I had to sedate her I hope you understand

Momonga looked at yang then at yuri then sighed knowing how yang was and waved her hand  to dismiss the maid. With a final bow she left, leaving yang and her in the room. Deciding to take a break from the paperwork momonga looked at the menu left on her desk. Looking over the specials that they,had it turns out the onion soup was on today's menu. It looks good from the picture so she will take that. As she looked through the menu, momonga began to wonder to herself what would her next move would actually be and try to calm herself down, on the surface she is calm and collected but inside all her systems are on red alert and in full panic mode.

It was out of luck and the character inhibitors  that she didn't fuck up and break down crying in the meeting between the guardians. Ever since she woke up she has been improvising everything thus far and she's not sure if she can do much long without a proper plan in place.

Albedos pov

I sit in a cold cell looking into a dark corner of the room wondering how this happened then I remember how it all started when I went ahead with my investigation of the disappearances only to stumble onto a squad of solders that were abducting people in the middle of the night.

Flashback 

I was pulling up around the corner to find some place to park so I can be able to observe what is going on. If my suspicions are correct then it would be wise to hide and wait before coming to a conclusion and plan effectively. I found a nice parking space right outside a old building that looked as though they were abandoned for ages now. As I got comfortable in my car I saw a van pull up to the building across from me this van stood out from the rest of the other vehicles. This one was white and had the logo ' lotus landscaping' on it's side, it would be a lie if I said that lotus have been dabbling in other industries recently. Dabbling being a under statement, even then why would contractors be working this late it just doesn't add up.

Just then a bunch of people came out of the van then lined up and went into the building. After about a hour an a half they came out with a few people seemingly paralysed since they did not struggle against they're captors. They began to slowly load them into the back of the van, not before restraining them with handcuffs and putting bags over they're heads. When they got the last of the people in the van they packed up and piled back into the van and drove away. Once they were out of my sight I started up my car and followed in the direction they were heading. As I keep a couple feet away from the van to not seem suspicious, I notice we were leaving Vale.

As the van rounded the next exit I decided to break off in another direction so that way they don't catch on. I know it is risky and I might lose the van but I'm confident that...

*crash*

Present albedo pov 

At that moment a truck t-boned me where I blacked out, the next thing I know I'm here in this prison cell. Where I informed the guards of my status and here I am now, I got medical treatment to ensure that my baby was ok. So now I'm just waiting in this blank cell hoping that they believe me and ainz recognizes me so that I get my old postion as overseer and work under my lord once more. To be honest I would care less about my postion I just want to be close to my love once more. My heart felt a sharp pang at the thought of my love and how I tainted my body with the seed of a inferior being.

My mind began to wonder if he would rember me or if he forgot of my very existence. As hot salty tears began to stream down my cheeks as I began to count out all my betrayals I've inflicted onto ainz and nazerick. I try curl my legs to my chest and slowly rock myself back and forth whispering my loves name and praying he'd save me from this nightmare. That at any moment I'd wake up in my bed and everything would be fine and I'd see ainz sitting at his throne giving us orders caring to nazerick's populace.

Every time I think about ainz I always think of that day the day he was taken from us ,taken from me...

Flashback 

I stand in a dimly lit room with beloved as he prepares for battle as I try to persuade him out of his plan.

Me: my lord!! you can't do this, we won't let you do this, I won't let you do this!!

He continues to look at the statues of the other supreme beings.

Me: there must be another way!

Tears run down my face as I fall to my knees asking to begging for ainz not to go through with his plan. This got his attention and he lows himself to me and extends one of his skeletal hands to wipe a tear off my cheek. Before he could pull his hand away I grab onto it tightly trying to keep him near.

Ainz: albedo ...there is no other way

He said in a calm and gentle voice, his voice showed no fear ,no anger just sadness and reassurance. Like a man who has come to terms with death and is ready for death. My grip tightened around his for arm, seeing this he brought his head closer to mine and gently put his teeth to my forehead as a form of kiss. At this I look up to my love, his sad gaze meeting mine in a instant he brought me into a hug putting his chin on the top of my head.

Ainz: promise me albedo.... promise me that you won't forget about me.

He said in a voice that sounded as if he were crying himself.I cried into his robe not caring anymore as I bawled into him. I slowly nod into his robe as I try to get the words out.

Me: yes my lord I promise... I promise!

With that ainz pulls away and leaves me using  [gate] and the room goes silent say for my cries. I remained in there just crying for several hours repeating

Me: I promise... I promise...
