Sextuplets

Chapter 1

Jenny's Pov (Katelyn's mom)
It's April 20th 2001, my stomach is huge. I can't see anything in front of my feet and am wheeled into the hospital. My water broke and i'm finally going to have my sextuplets. Greg and I decided to keep the gender's hidden so we can be surprised. I look at the doctor as he's wheeling me to the room to get me ready for labor. As soon as the door shuts he looks at my cervix and wheels me straight to the delivery room. Sweat drips off of my face as I am feeling so much pain in my cervix. I let out a loud scream and Greg holds my hand tightly. They lay me down and we start labor.

"Okay Jenny I am going to need you to push"

I push as hard as I can, I feel like I am going to shit myself.

"push harder"

I push even harder and feel like a vein in me is going to pop. I feel my heartbeat course throughout my veins.

I see the doc pull out one baby and look at how adorable it is.

"Baby 1, male, time of birth 3:42pm... Okay Miss Jenny let's do it again"

I push again even harder than before. I push harder and harder and scream as I hear more crying enter the room.

"Baby 2, male, time of birth 3:49pm.. 4 more to go Miss Jenny"

I look at Greg and sigh, a nurse wipes the sweat off of my face and I start pushing again, this one just pops right out.

"Baby 3, male, time of birth 3:51 pm.. half way there"

"Are there any girls?" I ask

"Do you really want to find out now or can you wait 20 minutes?" the doc asks me. I roll my eyes and lay back down.

I start pushing again, I'm exhausted. I stop mid push to catch my breath and the doc looks at me then to the nurse.

"Nurse Ryder please get Mrs. Spencer a box of juice, she's losing quite a bit of blood, nothing to be worried about though. Let's take a quick break.. We go again in five minutes" The doc says. The nurse hands me an apple juice and I down it. I look over at Greg who keeps shifting his weight, I can tell he is uncomfortable. I turn my head the other way and see my beautiful baby boys, they all are crying but look so sweet and innocent.

Nurse Ryder wipes the sweat off of me again and doc looks at me.. "you ready to give it another go?" I nod my head.

I start pushing and this time I did shit myself but I also got another one out of me

"Baby 4, male, time of birth 4:03 pm.. 2 more Miss Jenny, lets go, you got this"

I push even harder and see the doc pull out another baby

"Baby 5, female, time of birth 4:08pm"

"We have a girl oh my gosh" A smile comes across my face as I look over to Greg, he has a smile too.

I start pushing and the last one pops right out since there is so much room.

"Baby 6, male, time of birth 4:20 pm.. Good Job Miss Jenny, congratulations, Nurse Ryder will take care of the rest" The doc walks out and Nurse Ryder comes up to me. She wipes my face again and hands me an icepack and a pad. It was all much needed. She looks into my eyes. "Mrs. Spencer, do you have names?" I look at Greg.

"The first boy will be Michael Scott Spencer, the second will be Shawn Elliot Spencer, the third will be Carter Riley Spencer, the fourth will be Blake Ivan Spencer, the last boy will be Ryder Dean Spencer"

"and the girl?"

"Katelyn Shaye Spencer"
