Chapter 10

Things became more complicated with Harry. I don't know what to do. I am blank. I am not understanding the reason behind his behavior and attitude.

"Crystal, the dinner is ready. If you're over you can come down here darling." Mrs. Mahone shouted.

"I'll be right there in a second" I said and made my way towards the dining area.

Harry's POV

I don't understand what's wrong with her. I mean is she even serious? I don't know. I am so confused right now about everything.

It's only been a day since she became friends with Tyler and now she is at his place, that too this late.

She is crazy but I shouldn't have hung up the phone like that. I should have talked to her.

What am I suppose to do? May be I should text her. I think so.

Okay. Fine. I'll text her.

* Hey text me as soon as you're free or give me a call. -Harry :) *

I will wait for her to reply.

Crystal's POV

We all are over with our dinner. I thank his parents for letting me have dinner with them and for letting me stay and they sweetly replied "Its our pleasure to have you here. Do visit us again."

I assure them and I sit in Tyler's car.

"Thank you for coming. That meant a lot." Tyler said.

"Thank you for inviting me." I told him.

"Not a problem." He said.

The rest of the drive goes in silence. We finally reached my place. I stepped out of his car and he did the same.

He came near to me. I tried to maintain the distance.

"Thank you again and thanks for the drive. Good night." I said, smiling.

"Good night" He said and hugged me.  He hugged like Harry, but he is nothing compared to him.

I smiled back and went into my apartment. Confused about what just happened over there.

I took out my phone and saw Harry's text.  He texted an hour ago.

I immediately called him.

"Hey  I wasn't expecting your call. Anyway, how was your day with that guy, Tyler?" Harry said.

I did not reply.

"What happened to you? Is everything fine, Crystal?" Harry said. He seemed to be worrying about me.

"Uh... Um... Yeah" I replied.

What the hell is wrong with me?

"Are you sure? Did he say something? Tyler? Did he hurt you?" He questioned.

"No. He didn't do anything. Whatever. How're you?" I asked him.

"Oh. Very well. Everything's going perfect." He said. 

"Good then." I replied back.

I wasn't feeling like talking to him. I don't know why.

"Are you fine baby? You sound so different..." He asked.

"Do I? I was thinking about asking you this? I taunted.

"What are you talking about?" He said.

"You've been behaving so weirdly since I told you about Tyler. I don't know why." I told him. I don't know how he is gonna react .

"That's just your perception. Look. I am in no mood to argue with you in the middle of night. It's better if we talk tomorrow. Good night. Bye." He said.

"You can't just change the topic! You need to answer!" I screamed.

"I don't know. Fine. Maybe I became insecure for a second. I don't know. We are not even having a serious relationship and I don't know why I behaved like that.  So, I am sorry for that." He said. I can't believe what he just said.

"What do you mean Harry? Is... Is all if this a joke for you? I should have understood that before. I was the stupid one who believed all that rubbish you said." I pause before continuing "You know what? I don't wanna talk to you. Bye." And I hung up the phone.

I can't believe that. My phone vibrated again. It was Harry. I threw my phone away.

Shit. Shit. Shit. I was so stupid. I shouldn't have believed him. A stream of tears was flowing all over my face.

I found something. A blade. Its been my worst habit of hurting myself when someone else hurts me.

What the hell did I just say? I am so mad.

I am crazy.

"Harry." Someone called out my name. It was Niall.

"Hey Niall." I said.

"What was that? Whom were you talking to?" He questioned.

Shit. He heard everything, I guess.
