Finally - 31 (END)

Rose called Hobi's parents to the stand, hoping with better luck from them but unfortunately there wasn't much to say. Then came Jungkook's parents, but they were reluctant to talk about anything.

The only interesting thing they said was that Jungkook was starting to act out in school and at home, which caused some conversation in court. This caused them to want to stop talking. 

The execution wanted to talk to Tae, Jin and Namjoon as a last resort, but you already knew that this was the worst thing he could do. Based on Rose's face, you knew you were right.

You were a great mom, you were fighting for your kids and they were fighting with you.

Jin decided it was best to speak for all this brothers, he knew what to say.

"How's living with your mom, Jin?" The execution asked.

"I'm speaking for my brothers," Jin said. "We love living with our mommy. She's the best mommy in the world. She's takes care of us and looks out for us. She was there for us when our real parents weren't. She's my mommy."

Yoongi started tearing up as he heard his brother's words. He knows better than anyone what a great parent you were to them. The execution asked Jin some more questions, his answers causing conversation in the court room again, this only benefited your case even more.

You immediately hugged Jin when he came down from the stand, you've never felt so proud of him in your life.

"As you can see," Rose said. "This only further proves that my client is meant to have custody of these kids. Based on the kids statements, the parents and evidence without a doubt, Ms. (L/N) deserves to be with her kids."

"Objection!" The execution said.

"For what?" Rose said.

"H-He...was lying,"the execution said. "That boy was clearly told what to say to make her look good. I want to ask some more questions, I'm not done."

"Overruled," the judge said. "This has gone on long enough. Based on everything I've seen, Ms. (L/N) will have full custody of the kids. We will have another court date for visitations and sentencing for Mr. and Ms. Min. This court is adjourned."

Your kids immediately ran over to you and hugged you, as you hugged them back. You couldn't help but cry, you finally got your boys back.

"I knew you could do it!" Jungkook said happily.
"Of course, mommy can do anything!" Jimin said, "she's the best!"

Your reunion was short lived until Jimin and Tae's mother had an outraged.

"Are you kidding me?!" She yelled. "She is not their mother. Taehyung and Jimin belong to me, not her! Give me my kids back!"

"Ma'am-"

"No! I want my kids!"

"See?" Rose said whispered to you. "She finally cracked."

"These are my kids," you said. "The judge said I have full custody of them. No wonder Jimin was afraid of you, you're acting like a child. Stay away from me and my kids."

It hurt you to see the kind of person Jimin was living with. Jimin hid behind you, you could feel him shake a little every time she yelled.

"Ma'am it's time for you to leave," a bailiff said.

"Don't touch me!" She yelled.

The bailiff forcefully apprehended her, putting her in handcuffs and tried walking her out of the court room. She refused to cooperate, kicking a screaming like toddler throwing a tantrum, giving them no choice but to forcefully remove her.

Everyone was silent in the court room.

"Is she gone?" Jimin whispered.

"Yes she's gone and she's not coming back," you said, kneeling to look at him. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry to all of you."

"It's okay mommy," Jungkook said. "We knew we were coming back home."

"Don't cry mommy," Hobi said, smiling. "Let's go home!"

You said your goodbyes to your friends for being there and supporting you, and you said goodbye to Rose.

"Again, thank you so much," you said.

"You're welcome," Rose said. "Just doing my job. If you ever need me again, you know where to find me."

The ride home was loud and cheerful, everyone talking about what they want to do when they get home and how happy they're to be back. Your kids were running around and playing together, exploring the place as if this was a new home.

Of course you had to get their stuff back and eventually go back to court for the visitations, but you weren't worry about it right now. You sat down on the couch, feeling the weight off your shoulders finally gone after months.

Jungkook jumped on your lap and hugged you, as everyone noticed and decided to jump on you as well. You couldn't help but smile.

"Are you guys hungry?" You asked. "I'll go make us something to eat."

"Can I help?" Jin asked.

"Of course, here," you said, helping him up.

"Wanna work on that song you were talking about?" Hobi said.

"Oh y-yeah," Joon said. "I n-need some help."

"Can I help?" Yoongi said.

"Yeah! Let's go!" Hobi said, running upstairs.

"Oh you were working on a song huh?" You said to Joon as he smiled, showing off his dimples.

"I-I p-promise once it's d-done, we'll p-play it," Namjoon said.

Yoongi nodded, and followed after Hobi, followed by Joon.

"Let's go play!" Tae said to Jimin and Kookie as they agreed and ran up the stairs.

You would have told them to not run upstairs, but right now you were just happy to have them back.

"Mommy, can you help me?" Jin said.

"Yeah, I'm coming."

Finally things were back to normal.
