*madeline's POV *

I looked into dals eyes and he looked down at mine ,"your ain't going nowhere with him " dal said taking his hands off my waist . "But dal I want to go so I could repay for dropping his coffee " I said looking at him , "just for a coffee you spilled " I raised an eyebrow,"can't I just be nice to an officer for dropping his drink?" I said walking towards the couch,"and plus what does it matter that I go with him it's not like I'm going with bob or randy " I said going to the bathroom,"but you going with a cop who you don't even know!" He said so furiously.

I just sighed and walked in the bathroom locked the door and started to shower. After I got out the shower I got in dry clean clothes and started to brush my hair . I picked up my dirty clothes and walked out and felt a cold breeze,"holy hell its cold!" I said walking into the kitchen in a tank top and pajama shorts , Keith looked at me and stood up ,"wanna go home or wanna stay here for the night " he said grabbing my clothes,"it's been a long time since I been wit ya so I'll go with you " I say walking to the living room and staring at dal who's still standing in the same spot where I left him ,"Keith you mind if I go ahead?" As I walked  to the door,"sure just go through the backdoor if the front is locked".

I nodded and walked out pulling out a box of cigarettes and a lighter , I pull out a cigarette out of the box and I light it , I felt a little better when I took a big puff when I got to the corner of the street I looked around and smirked, "I ain't dumb I could hear your boots "I say turning around to face dal putting the cigarette  between my lips looking at him ,"huh so you heard my shoes" dal said walking up to me ,"but what do you want?" I say looking up at him ,"you know what I don't want you to do " he said running his hands through my hair,"dal for the last time I want to treat him to lunch for dropping his coffee " i say turning around ,"your only doing because of coffee huh " he said with a chuckle , I nodded  and felt his arms wrap around my neck I blushed and looked down, sighing , "I guess you can come to if you don't do anything bad, " I say and he gets near my ear ,"what do you mean  ?"  I looked at him , "nothing but go home " I say taking his arms off my neck.

I walked away and got keith's house i opened the front door with no problem and looked around and ran upstairs squealing , I kept jumping on my bed and grabbed a pillow and squeezed it tightly , "why did I start catching feelings for him!!" I say getting off the bed and walking to my guitar case and opened it , I pulled out my electric guitar and i started to auto tune it and when I was finished I started to play the guitar loudly i bet the whole neighborhood heard me . an hour has passed and i put back my guitar back in the case and jump on my bed exhausted , I turn off the lights and started to fall asleep .

When i woke up i got up from bed and went towards my bags grabbing socks and a red plaid dress , and i got dressed , I ran downstairs and to my surprise keith was already down there ,"did you sleep on the couch or sum ?" I say walking to the kitchen grabbing my lollipops ,"no i've been up since 7 in the morning " he says standing up walking to the door , i walk up to him and open the door walking out first ,"I'm surprised you woke up before me " i say giggled ,"well yeah i ain't like before "  he said laughing as he closes the door , we had a long conversation about when we were younger and when we get to the curtis home i put the lollipop in my mouth and walked in , everyone was there  except pony

"hey y'all!" I say going in the kitchen standing next to darry , "what's for breakfast ?" I say looking at the pan , "pancakes and chocolate cake " darry says patting my head , "can you wake up pony , madi?" He says smiling and put all the pancakes on a plate ,"sure thing !" i say running up to pony's room and opening the door and i see pony sleeping peacefully like a baby . i walk up to him and started to shake him , "pony wake up !" I screamed while giggling as he started to wake up slowly ,"j-Jesus ?he said facing me and putting his arms out falling off the bed , i laughed and helped him up ,"get ready to eat breakfast " i say walking out his room giggling and walking back into the kitchen sitting next to johnny.

I grab two pancakes and start to eat them  when I was finished pony came downstairs and fully awake I got up to was my dish and walked into the living room sitting next to Steve , "so do I go to work today?" I say looking at him and he looks at me ,"will you be able to work in that ?" He said eating more cake , "I guess so " I say smiling while dal looks at my dress ,"little lady I'm liking the shortness and the reveal of your bod " smirking and I threw a pillow at him. 

"cut it out it's only for today " I say blushing,"you should wear clothes like that more often " he says licking his lips ,I smirk "dal I don't think you can go with me ?" I say as he looks at me ,"where?" He said confused,"oh you don't remember?, well to lunch with that officer " in that moment he got up fast but then he sat back down ,"why not ?" He says furiously,"well I talked to Jacob and he said it was going to be me and him " I said smirking so evilly ,he got up again and this time he grabbed my arm and pulled me outside.

"Little lady you ain't going with him alone I forbid you " he said as I raised my eyebrow,"you ain't my dad ,my brother or ..I'm just messing with you " I say smirking and he takes a few minutes to realize what I said and he leans his head on the wall and sighs,"don't freaking do that!" I giggled and messed up his hair,"doll don't do that " I froze and looked at him "doll?"
