Day 1:
The other prisoners from the cafeteria planned an attack on Midoriya because he was the new guy while the guards just watched while it happened.
Day 2:
Midoriya was kidnapped from his cell at night and was beaten by guards and prisoners because of something he was framed for in the cafeteria.
Week 1:
During a session in the cafeteria is Midoriya was caught in the crossfire and lost his left eye from an insane prisoner.
Week 2:
Midoriya had enough

Midoriya body went under changes from the beatings he received from the inmates such as his his hair becoming a much lighter green and close to white as well as his eyes becoming grey and dull.
Only those who knew him well would recognise him.
Timeskip
Izuku had been training during the night with overhauls quirk making holes in the floor to avoid the beatings and after weeks of training he found himself strong enough to make himself a hole out of his cell to the outside and forged a bridge with stone from the prison back to japan.
It had taken days and plenty of stamina but he had made it to mustaftu and rested on the beach. His eyes dimmed as he saw someone walking closer to him but he couldn't pay attention to that as he passed out on the sand tired from escaping.
