My soulmate, my life, I'd been looking for ages around the world for her and today, I finally found her and I was not planning on letting her go anytime soon... not even in a million years...
She was everything I could ever ask for and even more...and if perfect is the best then she was more than perfect...
I couldn't help but be mesmerized by her as she laughed along with her friend, Vanessa...
Then I noticed why she was laughing so hard... I look at her closely and notice a slightly bright light glowing from her hand as a particular girl keeps screaming...
Reason because it was raining only on her, who caused this? Yes, my mate...
She suddenly looks over to me and freezes sporting a guilty look as she shuts her hand. Vanessa looks at her wondering why the little shower on their victim stopped then she trails her eyes over to me and she gulps pulling at her best friend's dress...
" Your Highness, the Alpha and his family have set up a feast for you and your people along with the Specials that are returning to the Palace with you tomorrow... Please come with us to the Pack House. "
" Sure...I'll be with you all in a while. "
I'll just get my prize now...
I walk over to My Queen and once I'm close up, she and her friend look down in submission.
I frown as I don't want her submission, I want her all, her love, lust, support, everything and anything but her submission...
I trail my fingers over her the side of her face and she tenses as I tuck a few loose strands behind her ear before I too her chin up so she makes direct eye contact with me...
Her chocolate brown eyes stare up at me in apprehension and I lean in close to her as I whisper...
" I don't want your submission, bambina. I want your all...I want your love, affection, everything but never your submission... You are mine as much as I am yours... "
I slowly let her chin go and she steps back a bit making me frown even more...
" We should head to the Pack House now. "
" Uhm... yeah. C'mon, Raine. Let's go inside now. "
She and her friend walk into the Pack House and I sigh before following shortly.
My mate goes to sit at the far end of the table but I hold her by her arm and move her to sit at the top end by my side.
" Nessa will sit beside me. She always does. "
" If that's what you want, Bambina. No problem "
Lunch goes on smoothly and my mate seems to all but like my company. She even almost growls at me when I place my hand on hers underneath the table. I glare at her and she instantly bows her head in submission making me frown.
It's so hard and difficult with her. Like trying to get through a brick wall.
She munches her steak quietly while the Pack Elders and Alpha discuss the arrangements concerning the further training of the Specials.
" I feel that the Luna Queen should leave for the Palace with her King today itself so she can understand certain things better. The other Specials can join later on... Maybe even next week. "
" Today?! That's too soon! "
My mate jumps up in worry and shakes her head...
" I'm not just leaving today. My whole life was in this Pack and you expect me to just LEAVE? "
