Seungmin was lying on the soft grass, with the girl right next to him. They were both very quiet, silently enjoying each other's presence, and the beautiful night sky.

A dark navy blue canopy with small, scattered, sparkling stars sprinkled over its smooth surface spreads across the vast sky, seemingly infinite. Soft, argent light spilt off the the curves of the silver moon, illuminating the inky darkness around it. [A/N: I'm so proud, anyone noticed the ridiculous amount of alliteration ajekeks]

Seungmin reached for the girl's hand, and squeezed it gently. He turned his head to look at her. She looked right back at him, her eyes wide and stunned.

'It's beautiful...' she murmured in amazement.

'I'm glad you like it, wanna stay here for a little longer?'

'Yep!' She then scooted closer to Seungmin, wanting to be near her boyfriend. Her eyes strayed from the night sky and she soon found herself admiring his angelic features. Almost as if sensing her gaze, he turned to glance at her. The girl quickly looked back to the sky, hiding her smile.

After awhile, the girl spoke up softly. 'Have you ever wondered if you are ready, if someone you loved was to be taken away from you without any warning? Like say, your friends suddenly left you.'

Seungmin frowned. 'No, I'd never thought of that before...why would you bring it up?'

She hummed. 'I don't know...I was just curious.'

'Don't tempt fate, would you?' Seungmin joked softly.

The girl giggled at that, her eyes twinkling in innocence. 'Sorry.'

He smiled softly, just enjoying this moment with the girl he loved. Seungmin couldn't think of anything bad that could possibly happen. Everything was amazing, everything was fine.

He let go of her hand, to point at the brightest star they could see right now, across the entire night sky. 'You're just like this star. You're as bright as this star. Even light years apart, this star, is still burning the brightest among all the other stars.'

The girl was quiet, just admiring the breathtaking sky.

Just as Seungmin opened his mouth to speak again, the star he pointed at just now, entirely vanished. There was no sign of its existence. It disappeared.

He mused, 'Well...wasn't that unfortunate-' Seungmin glanced next to him, and was stunned when there was no one.

'Hey! Don't play games with me now.'

But when he touched the grass where the girl was lying down next to him...it's cold. There was no sign of warmth.

Seungmin frowned. He remembered the question the girl asked a few seconds ago, and his own words.

Confusion flooded Seungmin as he turnt around slowly. He didn't understand what just happened. He was just so confused.

But before he could even properly grasp the situation, a familiar, yet unfamiliar white light crashed into Seungmin.
