“He’s got a lot of tattoos, it’s dirty to look at!”
“Not just that! He even drinks alcohol and he smokes!”
“Look at the way he dressed!”
“Long hair doesn’t even suits him!”
“He even got a piercing!”
“He’s not that handsome either.”
“And he’s not a decent guy!”
I heard those pretty looking girls saying these words, talking about the guy I love.
I even receive the same comments from some of my so-called friends.
Some of them even approached me, “Why him? Why do you love that guy? There are guys out there better than him.”
I just smiled and said, “Just because he has tattoos, doesn’t mean he’s not worth to look at with full of love and care. Just because he drinks, and he smokes, doesn’t mean he’s not a good guy. Just because he dressed differently from those guys you knew, doesn’t mean he don’t deserve to be respected. Just because he’s a guy, doesn’t mean he has no privilege of having a piercing. Just because he is someone who you think he is because of the way he looks, doesn’t mean he’s not handsome in my own eyes and he’s not decent. Just because he has a long hair, and he looks like that, doesn’t mean he don’t deserve to be loved. Sometimes, you don’t have to look at someone’s physical appearance, just look at his eyes, till you see his soul, then understand him with all your heart.”
