Moving day

Today was moving day for amelia and link amelia's nerves were high but she was also very excited Meredith and maggie stayed home to help her pack up her things from her room link was going to but he got stuck in surgery amelia was fine though she really did have that much it was just her clothes and some other stuff but nothing big Meredith and maggie lifted out all the boxes because they refused to let amelia help carry the stuff the reasoning for that is that amelia is 34 weeks pregnant and link technically  told them not to so they were just taking orders.

When they were done amelia got a text from link that he was there and ready to go she waddled out to the car and they started to drive to links place but it was 5:00 so lots a traffic they started talking about baby things and amelia brought up the fact that they were not really ready for this baby and she started rambling on about how they don't know gender and they don't have a nursery or a name and link was trying to reassure her  that they still had time and if she wanted they could go shopping tonight for the nursery and they have an appoint  with carnia on monday so if she wanted to find out the gender they could that day it seemed to kind of help amelia off her rambling.They get to links place and they carry in all of amelia's stuff well link carried all of amelia's stuff  because he wouldn't let amelia carry anything amelia was not really complaining tho.Link helped put all of amelia's stuff away then they were planning to go to the store and look for a crib and some other things but amelia said that she needed a nap first becue her back was aching and it seemed if she did anything these day it tried her out link was fine with waiting till tonight to grab the things so amelia laid down to take a nap and link turned on some football in the living room.

When the clock hit 6:00 link figured that they probably were going shopping but he thought he should go wake up amelia but he decided to make supper and if amelia still wasn't awake when he was done then he would wake her up but well he was cooking amelia wateled out of the bedroom she looked happy so link asked "why such a smile on your face'' she "said well I smelt food" it made them both laugh when they were done eating they laid on the couch for a while but then amelia sprung up and remembered they were supposed to go shopping but it was arereddy 8:30 so they decided not to but they had to get somthing done they only had at most 6 weeks intill the baby would be here and they had nothing so link grabed his laptop and amelia layed her head down un links sholder and they went online and started shoping it may have been a bad idea becuse amelia kept seeing thigs she liked and they kept adding it to the cart by 10:00 they had boughten a crib,bottoles,pajams,rocking chair,changing table and lots more they felt very acomplished and they didn't even have to leave the couch.shortly after they went to get ready for bed link was changing when he heard amelia let out a big gasp he ran to her quickly and she was bent over at the kitchen sink link definitely thought amelia had just gone into labor but then amelia stood up and told him that it was just a braxton hix she has had them all week after that they laid down and talked for awhile then turned off the lights and went to bed.

2 weeks later,Link was heading home for the day amelia was stuck in surgery so Link went home alone when he got home there was a whole bunch of big packages at the door for a second he had no idea what they were but then he remembered the spending spree him and amelia went on a couple of weeks ago. Then he carried all of them in he changed into some sweats and started to open all the boxes he was trying to get it done before amelia came home but it wast going well so far he tried building the crib but he was not very good at it because it kept collapsing.Amelia-POV,I walked through the door and heard a loud bang and a 'Dammit' i walked to the nursery where I saw link sitting on the ground struggling to build the baby crib he looked so determined to be honest it was kind of hot he really could not build a crib which made me laugh so I got down on the ground which was really hard because of this 10 pound bowling ball on my stomach which made everything hard.But I did manage to get down there I tried to help link build it but I was no better we finally pulled up a video on youtube of how to build it.

They finally got it done they are both tired and needed to go to bed because it was 11:00 it took 3 hours for them to build a crib but they were both pretty proud of it.They both new they still had lots to do but they both were off tomorrow so they decided to go to bed and finish tomorrow.

The next day....Amelia didt wake up tell late and when she looked over to the other side of the bed link wast there so she got up and wateld to the kitchen and saw link cooking breakfest for her her face instsly lit up.After breakfast they started working on the nursery again link was working on the changing table and amelia was working on the clothes they bought they still did not know the gender of her baby so everything was gender neutral she also worked on putting all the bottles and pacifiers away in the kitchen then when link was done with the changing table he built the rocking chair.Then they finally felt done and prepared and ready for this baby amelia sat in the rocking chair holding her big baby bump and just rocking back and forth link came and sat by her and also rubbed her bump link and amelia both felt reddy to have this baby.
