Amelia-POV I'm laying in bed with my boyfriend link we are both sleeping peacefully until I feel a very sharp pain in my stomach I got up thinking it was just
Braxton hicks because I still had a week to go and I have been having them for the last couple weeks but after that pain, I felt another and another they just kept getting more intense I shook link awake in a panic because now I think I might be going into labor he woke up and he asked what I need but right when he asked that another one came I winced in pain he quickly knew what was going on and got up to rub my back we started to time them and they were 9 minutes apart then we called carina and she told us when they hit 5 minutes to go to the hospital and until then we just had to play the waiting game.

It's now 1:00am and the contracts are slowly progressing they are 8 minutes apart link and amelia are just laying on the couch well link rubs her back they sit there for another hour they are still timing them but they have not pergrased at all its now 2:00am and link can tell ameias getting tired he suggested to her that she should get some rest she tried to sleep and got a little sleep in but every time a contraction hit she would wake up link tried to get her back to sleep but it was not really working by the time 4:00am hit the contractions were 7 minutes apart and they were getting more intense.amelia was leaning against link's chest in pain they were walking around the house to try to get the labour moving faster it seemed to be working because amelia was now 6 minutes apart so they stopped walking amelia sat down and link went to go get the hospital bag and put it in the car and then amelia's contractions hit 5 minutes apart they went to go get in the car amelia stood up and a poodle of water followed her amalias whater had just broken amelia new that it was definitely time to go.when they were in the car amelia had many contractions well they were in the car but right before they got there amelia had a really bad contraction she let out a big wins link grabbed her hand and she squeezed his hand tight.

After that they pulled into the hospital they had called carina ahead of time so she was waiting there from them when they got there they got amelia checked her into the delivery wing link helped her change into the gown and then carina checked amelia she was 6 cetimeterters
and the contractions were getting a lot closer amelia was in so much pain but she did not want any drugs she was leaning against the bed and link was rubbing her back well she moaned in pain all amelia wanted was for it to be over link new she was in pain seeing her like that made link feel sick but he knew it would be over soon he just had to keep supporting her. amelia got back in the bed so crania could check her amelia was now 9 centimeters dilated the contractions barely had any time in between them.amelia was trying not to cry link was trying to help her but the only thing that would really help was getting this baby out.amelia had been in labor 14 hours amelia said that she felt that she needed to push so link paged carina when she came in the room she checked her she was right she was ready to push she was fully dilated they sat her upright and link grabbed one of her hands they told her to push on the next contraction she held tight on to links hand hard and pushed she pushed and she kept pushing

She had been pushing for 56 minutes and then a little tiny cry came threw the room links face lit up and so did amelia's link cut the cord to their perfect little baby girl yes there baby was a girl they were both so happy at that moment. Amelia held there a perfect little girl in her arms and just looked into her perfect eyes amelia and link had never been this happy.
