"Well?" She asked.

Still, no answer.

"Then you're not coming ou-"

KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Zo do you promi-"

P O U N D !

MABSOOT clenched onto the sides of the chest's lid when she felt an even stronger hit come from inside. She could already tell this being would not follow their promise. She slid off the chest when it grew too rude to sit on anymore. Plopping herself on the ground, she allowed the mud to mess up the bottom of her pants. The mud changing the scales of her violet tail to dark brown. All she wanted was a warm home. Was that too much for an Ex-Tester like her to ask for? A low flying, mutant, freak stuck in a wet muddy hole with a tightly locked chest that is pounding loudly behind her? How low can a dragon with her luck get?

"Zhould I do zomething? Let him, her, it... No. It iz a bad word. Zhould I, MAB, let him, her, them out? Yeah, that'z better." She looked at the chest. It was shaking like crazy, causing a lot of ruckus behind her. The person stuck within wanting freedom so desperately.

POUND!      POUND!      CLUNK!      KNOCK!      CLUNK!      POUND!

"Bitch knock it off!" MABSOOT shouted. The pounding of fists attacking the wood stopped abruptly. The only sound to be heard was the rain kissing the thick wood of the chest. "I'm letting you out." She had a feeling she was not going to last long in this dangerous forest anyway. The humans would find her eventually. They would shoot her dead at first glance, just like everything else they kill. The chest did not move as MABSOOT took her right glove off. A claw was revealed. Going from a slightly, fuzzy, light brown hand to black sharp claws. The soft fuzz turned into cold hard skin.

She poked her slim pinkie into the lock's hole

She poked her slim pinkie into the lock's hole. Picking at its insides like a scalpel poking around a frog's inners. Click! She successfully unlocked it without a challenge. MABSOOT quickly pulled her glove back on, her hand turning back to "normal" when it was fully covered.

The chest's top flung open without warning, scaring MABSOOT so badly she almost shat herself. Instead she landed backwards, directly on top of her long violet tail. Pain shot from its tip to its base. "Fffuuu-!" MABSOOT hissed. Head bowed as she lifted herself up a bit to rub it softly. Her unique bangs covering her face as she looked down. "Fricken azzhol-" She looked up at the being to curse them out. Looking up just in time to miss the sharp blade of an axe this being just so happened to have.

"Bitch!" MABSOOT squeaked. Quickly she dodged the bloodstained blade. After dodging her death, she looked at who tried to cause it. It was a tall light tan wooden manikin with a smooth, flat, blank surface for a face. Where a face was supposed to be, it weirded MABSOOT out to see no facial features on its head. It also, for some odd reason, had hair. Long, black, messy hair, that was currently getting wet in the rain. The manikin gawked up at the sky with lack of eyes. Just standing there, bare. Nothing on itself to cover the privates it did not have. MABSOOT scanned the mannikin's body as it stared up into the sky.
